The reservation was double booked they gave us our room key they didn’t work, went to the reservation desk they gave us a second set and still didn’t work they, after walking up and down to the room 3 times they tried to help by sending someone to open the door but turns out that room was actually occupied, after an hour of back and forth they booked us at the hotel across the freeway.

I didn’t stay at the property that day. My reservation was for Primm . They said they would return me the money but never did. They gave me a room that had not been clean and supposedly it was going to be at Primm but instead they sent us to Buffalo bills. I didn’t mind staying at Buffalo because I like it too but I got upset when I went to the room and had not been cleaned and I was with an 82 year old. She was tired of been back & forth. I called Xpedia but they said the manager at Buffalo bills never got back to them. So I lost the money.

First of all it took over two hours of standing in line with no chairs. Just to check in. Then after we finally got our keys to our rooms, they were in another hotel? Yeah. We have to walk back out to our vehicles drive to another hotel and walk all the way in to there. Then after all of this we get to our room and the keys to the room won’t work. Go down stairs to ask someone at the front desk and nobody was there to help. We had to walk back out to vehicles, drive back over to the original hotel, walk back in and ask them to fix the room keys. Then go back to the hotel again. Where yes the keys now worked. We open up the hotel room and bring our stuff in. After taking 3 hours now to get in my room I have to use the bathroom. I walk in and trip and almost put my hand through the wall. The tile on the floor is pulled up and not even sitting down. It’s popping up. The beds we made and looked clean. One good thing and check staff was friendly. This was a terrible experience and we didn’t even stay our second night. We left and stayed somewhere else. Terrible.

The hotel we booked was not even open, we had to stay at Buffalo Bills. Then they gave us our king bedroom, we walked in and it was not even ckeaned yet. Bed was unmade trash everywhere, towels on the ground. We went down to talk to the front desk, not even a sorry. All she said is we have a double queen room. She was so rude, she acted like we were putting her out, she even threw her hands im the air at us.

This was the filthiest and most expensive hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. First room the bathroom was clearly not wiped down and no towels at all. Second room bathroom was done, but the floors, walls and the entire property is disgustingly dirty with poor lighting likely on purpose. Puke and other body fluids dripping down the walls and curtains. The property is also HUGE, so trekking from your car to check in to then check your room and back to your car takes a very long time. I’ve tried to reach a manager three times today via phone and get hung up on while on hold or sent to voicemail. DO NOT STAY HERE, skip this town and keep driving or stay somewhere before.

The Hotel was understaffed, there was always a line of people trying to check in, but generally only 3 people behind the desk. One lady worked really hard to get everyone she helped checked in, a gentleman, I believe was a new hire, kept asking for help and the third lady took her sweet time with helping anyone. There was no water pressure, no hot water and people would be parting in the hallways and no one said a damn thing. I will NEVER stay there again

I reserved Primm Valley and they moved us to Whiskey Pete’s across the street. Very inconvenient. I had a concert at Buffalo Bill’s and because of the move I had to take over to go to and from my hotel room. Never staying there. When I told them that that was not what I reserved they told me I could call Expedia to make other arrangements but they had over booked and dis not have any more rooms at Primm Valley. I had to wait in line to check in and this is the type of service I received. My concert was at 8 and I got my room around 6:30pm. I did not have any time to spare to talk to expedia anymore. I am a very unhappy customer. After the concert I drove home and did mot stay at the assigned room at Whiskey Pete’s. I wasted my money!! Do not waste yours!!

Checking into hotel was a nightmare. Close to 2 hours waiting in line to check in. Registration was under staffed, staff was rude and unhelpful. Attitude was given if you asked questions. Hotel was overbooked and we were sent to Whiskey Petes. Asked if they provided shuttle since we ubered from airport. No type of transportation available so we had to take our belongings on a 20 min walk to Whiskey Petes. Once we got to next property key card did not work, I had to make my way back to Primm property to get another dose of attitude when I asked if new key card would work. You'll find out when you get staff so kindly replied. This was our first and definitely our only time we will visit Primm properties.

The restroom was not clean at all. Bathtub had haor all over the tub. You could hear the people walking in the upper floor. Something is definitely wrong with the structure of the buildings.

We showed up at 4 when check in was at 3. We waited more than an hour to check in and when we finally go to the counter they sent us to a different hotel that was not near our concert area because they were already “booked” at the hotel I originally booked. They said they were booked, would t u think if we originally booked at that certain hotel they would have a room reserved for you. I mean it’s called a reservation for a reason. I was definitely disappointed.

Went to check in they did not find my reservation made me go to the other hotel Buffalo Bill to check in. I was not the only one experiencing this issue. Had only two people checking in and there was a long line at both so I was standing in line for one hour all for them to say they could not find my reservation.

The hallways are stained with bleach as if puke or piss was hurriedly cleaned up and then left forever. Dirty stained and frayed carpet throughout. Check in line at 11:50pm was extremely long due to the fact the male worker allowed people they knew to cut the line and get a room and he made several mistakes with many guests causing the process to be even longer like taking the wrong paper and have guests sign for the wrong person. It was just two workers with no help. However the female worker who checked me in was lovely and efficient and super professional and she is why the line even moved at all, she gets 5 stars but only her.
