"Staff were not helpful at all. Our room wasn't cleaned the entire time we were there even after notifying staff we would like housekeeping to come by. We had rotting food from tje room service we ordered stuck in the room which made it smell not great. When we called tje front desk we were told that housekeeping had already left and that was that. Not to mention room service is only for breakfast for a few hrs a day and the restaurants carry the same menu so its not very resort style at all.highly dont recommend mainly just because of how unhelpful rje staff was.for the price we paid for the room it should have been a much better experience.and not to mention when we ordered the room service they messed up the order and gave us extra things we didn't order they refused to give a refund saying we'd see it taken off at the end. We'll surprise it hasn't been and we got stuck with a bill for their mistake."

"We loved this cute quaint hotel. It takes you back in time. If I were to book again, I would make sure their elevator was working. We stayed on the third floor and walking three flights of stairs every time wasn’t fun. So just double check that. Overall we loved it!"
