Front office assistant for night doesn’t even know S of service industry. The staff is doing favour on customer by handing room keys to them. I don’t have to explain my whole story just want to let people know don’t waste your money on this terrible motel. there are far better good options available around the town than this one.

Small room for price, half the size of Portland suites for 20 dollars more a night. Breakfast was waffles and REALLY old oatmeal. Internet was good. And place was clean.

Front desk receptionist was rude. Drug addicts and homeless people in the parking area. Foul smell in the corridors and in the room.

They advertise they provide a "free breakfast". But what they actually provide hardly qualifies as breakfast as it consists of hot water, hot chocolate powder, coffee, a sweet roll, yogurt and a small apple.

Property was in a poor location. There was street traffic noise late night. There was late night hallway noise. The phone in the room was not working. The morning check out staff was unsympathetic to all the late night issues. Overall would not stay there ever again.

For this being a pet friendly hotel that charges $30 a night for dogs, there is broken GLASS EVERYWHERE. There is no safe place for my dog to use the restroom. Every square inch of planter area is covered either in broken glass, alcohol bottles, or crack pipes. We got a second story room with no screen on the window (safety hazard). we were told about 5 time that we will be charged if we smoke in the non smoking room, once we entered our room, it smelt like an ashtray in there anyway! Sub par cleaning with nail polish stained on the floors and in the bathroom. 2/10 recommend.

Woke up in the morning to find our expensive truck hitch had been stolen. Two days later we woke to find that someone had drilled the lock out on our new Ford F-350 trying to break into it. I would not recommend staying here. No video cameras to protect your vehicles but more importantly an area with significant criminal activity. Not a safe place to stay.

The staff from Super 8 and Expedia were all so helpful and prompt! They did their best to transfer my reservation from Portland to Seattle. The ended up reimbursing me for my resos without me even asking. Thank you to the staff!

2 out of 4 nights we had an expensive Pintle Hitch stolen and someone drilled out our door lock on our F-350. I would not recommend staying here. Terrible area!

The room was simple and decent for the price. Breakfast room had been closed but a few options to take back to room. Unfortunately the laundry is out of order. The AC smelled bad so changed rooms but same issue, really mildewy, and leaking down the wall so we never used it which was rough in summer

Please dont stay here. Front desk was very nice. The neighborhood was not great and we didnt feel safe. Worse night sleep because we were afraid our car was going to be broken in to, blood stains on the floor, people at night outside yelling and a guy sitting by the door to get in was getting high. It is good place to stop if u need to.

Took longer than expected checking in. The beds were very lumpy and not comfortable. There was damage done in the room. The toilet was plugged twice in the two days we were there. Breakfast was coffee and packaged cinnamon roll and yogurt. The staff were friendly but building and beds need to be updated.

There was a noisy group partying in the breakfast room when we were checking in. It was so har we could hardly converse with the person at check in and there were kids and people running around everywhere! Total chaos, we also found a dirty sock in the bathroom!

Cheap for a reason.
Crazy crackhead squatting in one of the rooms. Police responded to a child custody issue and hauled a woman off to jail. Noisy neighbors. Floors squeaky, any movement upstairs resonates downstairs. Pathetic coffee station advertised as included breakfast. Light rail less than a block away, level crossing bells ringing often.

Like: Employees were great and helpful Dislikes: Unsafe because of no law enforcement. Crime is everywhere. It's very scary and it seems the thugs have control over the city. You cannot walk around town. In the center city, buildings were boarded up and kids like throwing rocks at cars. If you complain, you will be called a racist. Will not visit Portland again.

Great place to stay, clean and comfortable. A little road noise but not bad. Friendly staff. Getting to the airport was easy along the surface street instead of the packed freeway on a Monday morning
