Overall Not a 4* hotel or service.
Lunch was delicious and staff very friendly. Our suite was spacious and very clean. I tried for room service but the phone wasn’t working, so i went to reception where they were adamant the phone worked. I ordered a wrap without mayo and also asked for a duvet. When it was delivered i asked for a cake and ice cream for my partner, we were told there was no ice cream, we asked for a duvet again and were told no and the staff member left in the middle of our conversation. So i went down again and asked for a duvet, the staff told me to use my phone to which i explained it didn’t work, i was told again it does. my wrap was drenched in mayo (I’m vegan). The duvet was delivered and the staff member finally admitted the phone didn’t work, but we were told there was no cake.

Staff at the reception were pleasant, helpful and very good overall, specially the ladies👍 Our room did not have towels. Had to call for the towels to take showers😔

The toilet seat was dirty, which was disgusting. Even though I paid for suite, it had no view from the window. The window was looking at the patio or a hallway with no sunlight whatsoever. Due to dirty bathroom I was giving a new room which was smaller than the first one. The only nice experience was the front desk personnel who was ready to offer a new room.

We arrived for a one night stay before our long flight out the next morning, firstly the air-conditioning in our room didn't work, so we didn't sleep well at all. We then awoke to no hot water either, so we both couldn't have showers before we left. We tried to call reception several times over the stay about these issues, but the phone was never answered. When we addressed the issue at the front desk, the response was lacklustre and not at all helpful. Very disappointed with his experience

Very helpful staff and comfortable room
The hotel was lovely. The communal areas and room were in a good condition. The bar was a lovely space and reasonably priced. The room was very spacious and had a mini bar fridge for use. The bathroom was spacious, clean and good condition. There was a slight issue with the water (wasn't very cold when wanting cold water and the pressure would change) - however, the hotel did have a sign in the room apologising and saying they were trying to upgrade it. The staff were all lovely, particularly Sauda P on reception who was so helpful and kind. It was good the breakfast was included.

The check in and check out were quick and efficient. The breakfast was good and comprehensive. The shower water ossilated between cold and hot and could not be regulated. The swimming pool was closed. The staff were very helpful.

OK Hotel, front desk needs training…
The hotel was ok, convenient to the train and bus stations. The only issue I have is with the front desk person. The hotel was less than 25% occupied. The front desk gave us a room with a view of a wall. When I requested a room with a better view, she just stated that was the room that I reserved and that she could not change it unless I wanted to pay more money. Never going to that property again and may never go to a Ramada again.

Reception was good and even extended my checkout to 6 pm on last day for 15 Euros extra as my flight was at 9 pm. Hotel was clean, i have had more comfortable beds at other leading hotel chains. Breakfast was okay and view from restaurant roof terrace was good. Queen bed room was descent size. Toilet/shower was good but hot water was slow to come..

Every time I am in Podgorica I stay at Ramada. Very convenient, good location. The only reason I am not giving full 5 is that it seems that the breakfast is getting "slimmer"
