The room smelled like curry. The kitchenette and bathroom were outdated. The beds were clean and comfortable.

First room smelled like weed bad. Clerk was very nice and confirmed the smell and gave us another room without question. She put the customer first which was nice. Don’t see that much anymore. That scores big with us. All friendly transaction in changing rooms and she was good at her job.

Very clean everywhere.. breakfast was above average and well staffed. Obviously recently renovated. Location was awkward and parking not great but surprisingly quiet

Nice clean well maintained hotel. Every hotel I stay in has a dirty bathtub and this hotel was no different. Overall my stay was pleasant but I do find the overall design of the structure to be a slightly odd interior design - otherwise fine

We were greeted with a warm welcome! Room was nice and spacious:-)). Only issue was there were light bulbs that were out, so we had to change them with good ones in the room:-(. Staff was very friendly! Will definitely stay again:-)

Bathroom dirty and in disrepair. Already changed rooms as first one assigned was non-smoking but smelled like smoke. Staff was excellent but facility not so much.

Furniture is worn but our room was very clean and quiet. Breakfast selections were good. Coffee was wonderful. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great.

Convenient location and nice staff with good size room and very good breakfast. The only actual drawback was the water in the shower and sink did not remove soap well. In fact, the shower was so slippery with only one grab bar - missing the one on the side - That even my husband said, whoa, be very careful!

Comfortable bed, very clean, convenient short-mile to the performance hall downtown. Large room with fridge, microwave, (mini-kitchen), couch and desk. Right off the freeway exit. Exactly as pictured.

Nice large room, had everything we needed. Also had a wonderful complimentary breakfast. Great value also, I had low expectation due to the low price, but wow….it’s our new stay every time we are in Livermore.

Our room was comfortable, the pillows a little lumpy but they were okay. It took a couple of calls to the front desk about the television cable but we final were able to change the channel. Overall it was a nice stay. My husband and I would stay here again.

Only stayed 1 night after attending a wedding. Nice, clean, and close to 580 freeway. Chevron station nearby. Price was good and included decent hot breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausage etc). Would have given all 10’s but felt my mattress was a little firm to my likely. In spite of that I would definitelystill stay again.

Headboard looked like it was clawed up by a big cat. Daily i was killing bugs. Mold in shower. Phone cord broken. Tv went out. Stove not tweaked so it wasnt working til the attendant tweaked it. Had to guess daily how to control temperature. Was more unruly things in room but i dont feel like writing a book.

Thank you for bringing these items to our attention.We are in the process of replacing the headboards in our rooms. We will have our pest control company take a look at your room. Our housekeeping staff will take a look at the shower. Our staff was able to fix the TV, Stove and phone during your stay. We were not informed that there was a problem with the temperature in your room during your stay.
All of the staff were extremely friendly! Very accommodating, as well. The rooms were clean (and large). Beds were comfy. And they had a great free hot breakfast (the waffles were delicious). They also had a tea and coffee station set-up around the clock... it was a nice treat!
