DO NOT BOOK. Multiple reviews below mine stating this hotel is no longer operating. Nobody answered the phone when I called multiple times throughout the day to validate they were open and ask about shuttle. Ended up having to book a new hotel down the street who validated that this property is CLOSED. Worst of all, Hotels.com has garbage customer service policies and won't help with a refund. They say they tried to get in touch with the property to get one but since they can't, too bad! How are they going to get in touch with the property when it is CLOSED? And I guess they won't bother to try to contact Wyndham corporate about it. Not using this site again.

This property is in terrible conditions. The area is very unsafe. The hotel is closed, completely fenced. Everyone please don't waste your money paying for this hotel that's not in service.

They property wasn’t open. I spent money on multiple taxis to take me there and to take me to a new hotel as this one had chain link fence around it and wasn’t open to the public when I arrived to check-in. DONT STAY HERE

Horrible end to beautiful vacation.
The Days Inn by Wyndham Airport - Phoenix does not exist. I’m leery of using hotels.com again. We got a confirmation for Days Inn by Wyndham Airport - Phoenix for our reservation however when we tried to call for shuttle no answer. Took Uber and when we arrived the hotel was dark, locked up and a chain link fence around it. 10:00pm it took us an hour to find another. It was a one star.😩

SCAM!
This is a scam! I booked four rooms for nine people, when the guests got there the hotel was CLOSED for construction! I had to stay for two hours with Hotel.com customer service while the guests were sitting on the curb. The person who answered the hotel phone told them they were supposed to go to a near by Motel 6 to check in, which was a lie and the motel 6 lady told the guest: "They do this all the time." UNBELIEVABLE!. I've never seen anything like it.

This hotel is way past its prime! It needs repairs to broken door frames, paint on dirty walls and ceilings, and sheets that fit the bed! We just needed a place to stay near the airport for one night, but this place was really decrepit!

My husband and I didn’t even get to check at the Days inn Wyndham Airport Phoenix yesterday because the entire property was fenced and locked. I have pictures to show what it looked like. We didn’t know that the property had been locked down until the day we drove past to check in. We tried calling to ask for a refund, but no one answered the phone. I hope that this incident will be dealt with accordingly.

Horrible location crack heads all around. Not worth your money!! Door wouldn’t latch shut bedding was dirty with big visible spots food & water bottle was under the bed went to take a shower the shower handle fell off couldn’t get it back on was supposed to have breakfast but all they had was a brown bag with yogurt water bottle & a granola bar. This hotel is run down for the money they charge to stay there you would think they would fix stuff around there not just let it go to hell even more.

We arrived at the hotel at 630 pm only to be told that our room wouldn’t be ready for another 45 minutes. The man behind the desk offered to cancel our reservation. We found another place to stay and although I was told he cancelled it, I never received a refund.

This place was horrible. Extremely dirty. Unfriendly staff. We warned by the cab driver of how awful this place was. Sure enough, there were roaches the size of mice. Dirty sheets and walls. We left and went somewhere else with no refund.

Most horrible hotel ever!!!!
If I had a super negative rating here I would give them that. It's a terrible place and super dingy, moldy, and terrible place. I am falling short of negative adjectives for them. the shower knob was broken and the shower won't even work, blankets were dirty and torn with stains. We didn't want to touch the bedsheets. The owners need to care for their property and put some renovation efforts into it. We thought it could very well pose a heath hazard too.

We getting ready to go out for dinner. My wife was getting ready doing her hair looking in the mirror with the sink and roaches started to come out of the sink drain. She was disgusted and didn't want to stay there. We paid 210.00 for one night. Plus a deposit of 100.00. I told the clerk and said he was going to give us a discount. Pictures on your hotels.com are different than seeing it in person not the same. I was very disappointed.

I deserve a refund
The room was clean. No lotion or shampoo. Outside the room was a lotion bottle at the door combined with plastic knives and other debris. The outside paint is very old. The water backs up in the sink. I would’ve left if I didn’t arrive late on my flight. The room was 160. I’ve stayed in better rooms for 70$If you have money to lose. Stay here. This place is over due

Don’t stay here! I can’t believe that Expedia offers this hotel as an option. The picture of the hotel is completely misleading. It’s a rundown, dirty and dangerous place. Shady people everywhere and strip club across the street. I expect to get a refund bc it was so misleading. I am extremely disappointed with both Expedia and Days Inn. $250/night is absolutely insane for this dump! You couldn’t pay me to stay here. There is no way I would stay here with my family. Sadly I have stayed in other Days Inn and used Expedia many times for booking. I will not stay with Days Inn nor will I be using Expedia again. I expect to be refunded my money due to an unsafe and shady situation I refused to put myself and family in. Disgusted!

The property looked poorly and was in a bad neighborhood. The rooms were poorly kept and had only the minimum of items. The place looked run-down which gave it a feeling of being unclean. At night there was a lot of yelling and noise in and around the place.

This property is conveniently located near the Phoenix international airport. They had a bag breakfast that was available at 6 a.m., so we could eat before we left for the airport. Many channels were available on the cable network.
