This hotel was absolutely disgusting. There were roaches and the room had a stench. There were no lamp shades, just bare bulbs on all the lamp fixtures. The man at the desk was rude and unfriendly. We only stayed one night and it was a miserable experience. Do not book with this place unless you love filth and ugly attitudes.

Disappointing
This hotel has really run down over the past few years. Furniture is old and poor condition, sink was clogged, pool was closed because of who knows? Shady characters roaming the halls - the restaurant that isn't. Probably will never stay there again and we have for years.

The room was dirty, beds was made up terrible, window curtains were all torn and dirty, the room did not smell good I complained to front desk, I was giving a room to look at, and had to immediately Leaving and cancel my reservation And left

People were very nice, accommodations were lacking. Asked for towels and had to ask again after two hours. Fire alarm went off in the night for many minutes, would stop and start again.

The first room had ants and the staff was very accommodating and moved us to another room immediately. However the fire alarm went off for about an hour. Again the staff was outstanding.

Key didn't work. Was almost impossible to open the door. Wifi so weak I couldn't send or receive emails. Sign at the desk advises guest from engaging in verbal or physical abuse directed against the staff. I can see why it is necessary as I'm sure there are many angry and frustrated guests. I give this property negative two stars.

Hotel itself was ok. Some sketchy characters, but the room itself was fine. The night receptionists are not the most friendly. It’s almost like you are inconveniencing them by asking them the simplest things (check out, shuttle to/from airport, etc.).

Hotel of horrors
This hotel is disgusting ad filthy. Some of the most unfriendly employees and Wyndham Hotels should be ashamed to have their name on this dump. The air conditioning unit kept reading 9 and maintenance came up and cleaned the filter. That was the only part of the unit they cleaned. It was full of dusty and when I asked for it to be cleaning I received no satisfaction. In 4 days no one came to clean trash pails or bring clean totals after I repeatedly asked. Don't waste tome money or your health. I have been sick since I was there.

The hotel was close to the airport. Free parking. Denny's restaurant right next door. We actually only stayed for a few hours. My daughter was flying in to Philly airport and we were going to a concert at the Lincoln Center, so she just needed a place to shower, change, and rest for a couple of hours before heading to the concert. Our room was ready early and it was clean and the air conditioner worked, so it suited our needs. No air conditioning in the hallway and the pool was closed and it did not say when it would re-open.

Would not stay again.
Check in was extremely pleasant. The two ladies were very helpful and nice. The room itself had bugs. Especially on the windowsill. We brought back food and threw away our garbage and within minutes it was covered in bugs. Since we were staying less than 10 hours and not sleeping because we had to be at the airport early am because of a flight cancellation, I didn’t complain. However, the lady at checkout at 230 am acted like we were bothering her. The pictures do not show just how many bugs there were, but the videos I have do!

My daughter stayed here overnight instead of sleeping at the airport for her 12 hour layover. She was scared and said it was very sketchy. I'm sure it was safer than sleeping at the airport, but not what I expected with the Wyndam name and the price for one night.

Hello, We checked in and checked out almost 30 minutes later. We went to the hotel and it was very clearly NOT clean. I'm not sure if it was blood on the ways or just very caked on dirt, the pillows had stains on them and there were dead bugs on the window sill. We decided to drive 2.5 hours home after the baseball game instead of staying there.

The hotel was in terrible condition. The pool was broke, the vending machines either didn’t work or were empty. When we asked where we could get something to drink one person said we could walk to the gas station(the one that had a fence around it because the area was not so good). The room was an adjoining room with a door that was not very secure, no hairdryer, no fan in bathroom, and not a lot of lighting in the room

So sad… this used to be a great hotel to stay at the night before flying out of town. Used to be able to park there for 7 days with a 1-night stay. Hotel used to be kept up to date. And staff used to be helpful. This time… water did not work for the shower. Jackhammer outside the room at 8am. Dining was pitiful. Poor service at front desk. We won’t be back!!

Convenient to airport was good. Facility shows age. Curtain sheers ripped, wallpaper peeling, bare bulbs in lamps with shades missing, musty odor in hallway, bed was lumpy.
