I know that they are renovating the place but when we checked in around 9pm and there was sheets on the floor in the hall along with food trays and trash bags. It wasn't what i want to see right before i was going to bed.

The property itself is great! But for room cleanliness, it was gross! Ceiling looked like it was going to collapse, we found an empty soda bottle and a soda cap behind the head board of the bed.

Pool was broke, only came for the pool. Staff gave me and my kids the run around the whole day. At $200 at night security deposit, and the pool broke at that. When they say breakfast included, it’s for one person, even though four people was in the reservation in the room. Not worth it

I booked forna staycation indoor heated pool night. Unfortunately the heat in the indoor pool area malfunctioned and the pool area was without heat. The temperature of the pool was cooler than advertised so I did not enjoy the pool which was the reason I booked. The on site bar and restaurant were enjoyable. 2 5 out of5

This isn’t my first time staying there, but this was the first time I woke up with a bad rash all over my body on the website it says hypoallergenic sheets, but I highly doubt that and hallway to the room smelled moldy.

Hotel was nice, has a large atrium which was decorated for the holidays. Parking lot was well lit, and the room looked out onto it.

Most pleasant stay.
Love this hotel for comfort, would be nice to keep coffee and maybe some flavored water of some kind in lobby throughout the day. Tub drained very slow and when reported the front desk staff said it would be addressed directly after check out.

My husband and I were very disappointed with the service at the location.We had a room with two beds and asked for a room with one kings size.We were put off by the front desk and when I called the manager , no reply.

Dear George and Renee,I apologize we were not able to provide you with a King bed. I did go back and look into the reservation that was sent to us via Expedia, where you booked your room. Unfortunately the hotel was sold out and the original room you booked was for 2 double beds. This reservation was made on September 18th and again it was made for 2 double beds. Staff is amazing
Girls at the front desk and other hotel staff were so welcoming and kind. I felt very comfortable in a town I didn’t know.
