Professional staff is always pleasant, check in is easy, but I would love having the Belgium waffles that I have found at other Hilton hotels. Overall, our stay was great.

The staff was wonderful, very respectful and courteous. Very friendly and professional. This is by far one of my favorites and I stay in a lot of hotels. If there was a 10 star, I would give it a 10!

The room is clean. Elevators are outdated and run down. The staff is nice but not always friendly. The rooms are well sized. The parking lot was plowed quickly after snow. Altogether a little disappointed in this being a Hilton.

Our stay was a three generational family get together. A small group of six, we were given two very comfortable suites with full kitchens. Although we did not use the kitchens, I would highly recommend Homewood Suites by Hilton Dover for travelers staying multiple nights.

Our room was in significant disrepair. Obvious areas where the walls had been patched- and poorly. Some holes still visible. Furniture with tears and rips. The fridge was tilted backwards to prevent its water leak from spilling onto the floor. The floor clearly had been damaged by water. The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly, but this is not what we expect from Hilton.

Great property and friendly staff. Easy check in. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. There was a basketball court and we enjoyed utilizing the court. I would return.

We had a very pleasant time in this property. Hotel was very clean, organised and quiet.the stuff very polite and friendly . Ideal for all age. I recommend this property to anyone.

Our room was clean and spacious. The facility was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a wode variety of options. The only down side is the pool was temporarily out of service.

The property is looking a bit tired, it is hard to get them to clean the rooms - you need to pester the staff Also no longer have dinner like they used to yet the rates are still the same

Everything was pretty good but we especially came to this place because of the indoor pool which was not in function and not available when we arrived. It was told to us that it was under maintenance. But neither was the website updated for this discrepancy nor were we informed about that. I think this comes under the responsibility of the management/Hotel to update regarding their Amenities if any is not available prior to accepting the reservation.

The best asset of the hotel is their employees. They are very friendly, helpful, kind, and efficient. The hotel is also very conveniently located, is clean, has a good breakfast, and the little store was fairly well stocked. Parking is great and well lite. We will stay here again.

My room didn’t have cold water and I reported the issue at 5:30 pm before heading out. I came back at 11 pm and I still didn’t have cold water. I had no choice but to cut my stay short and leave.
