We had booked and prepaid via Hotels.com for 2 superior double rooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds). Reception tried to charge us again for these rooms. We were initially given 2 double bedrooms. When we pointed out that one should be a twin, we were told that that was not what we had booked. Fortunately we had printed out the Hotels.com documentation which showed that we had indeed booked a twin. We were then given one accessible room with no window in which the air conditioning failed - reception suggested we leave the door open all night (in an external courtyard) as there were no alternative rooms available. The other room (a comfort rather than the superior double we had booked) had an ant infestation. The following day we were given two new rooms - the air conditioning did not work in one of these. 3 unacceptable rooms out of 4 seems like more than a coincidence. The rooms all looked a bit tired and a grubby towel lay on the courtyard doorway for a couple of days adding to the overall feeling of neglect.
Location of this hotel is excellent. Close to good restaurants, cafes, shops and the all important metro. Rooms have been recently refurnished. Beds are comfortable and its quiet. Some of the front desk people can be little surly at times and this is the only area where I find fault. Housekeeping from some members of staff is just okay. I've stayed here more than once because of the district.
Great location. Small rooms but I managed to switch to a bigger room. Receptionist Murad was extremely nice and helpful. I would stay again here…if I get the same room:)
The customer service was great and super friendly. It’s a happening spot, with lots of great little cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance, the Metro is also not far away. Lastly, the rooms were clean and beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again! ❤️
Toilet too small. No view pf Paris despite it saying we had a room with a view.

The main feature of this hotel is the location. It is close to good and fairly priced restaurants and transportation. The hotel itself is a bit rundown. We were given the family room on the 7th floor, large room space, beds are ok but not the best. Bed linens and towels are of poor quality. Carpet is dirty. Overall this hotel needs an update.

Good place
Everything was okay
The hotel is in a good district where you can find everything
They put free bottle of water on description but then they told us for the first time only
My travel companion arrived several hours before I did. The staff at the front desk were quite rude to her.
At another point the front desk staff were particularly unhelpful. If my companion didn’t speak French I don’t know what I could have done.
Also, we changed rooms but unfortunately, I left something in the original room. The maid made no attempt to save it or return it to me.
On s good note, they did change our room.

Disliked: Staff & service
The quad bedroom is quite huge. But the carpet is not that clean. Overall the room is quite comfortable for 4 people.
One of the front staff is quite abrupt and not helpful. The other two are really nice, though.
Location is good with plenty of food around, nice short walk to Edgar Quinet metro and Gare Montparnasse
This hotel was right in the heart of everything. Lots of restaurants, 2 metro lines and the train station. It was convenient to walk to the Louvre and other areas depending on the time you have. The room was fine. Clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is a bit cramped so we opted to eat else where. Our dryer was very low power so if they upgraded that and provided an iron, I would give this room a better rating.
Not so great stay! pictures don’t look like the room at all! Carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and the bathroom was separate to the shower room which I found odd. On Saturdays venting we were locked out of the hotel for 15 mins as the person manning the desk went away and locked the front door for “security reasons” at 5:45pm. We were bussing the entrance for 15 mins and she turned up eventually. The lift is quite dirty and jerks quite a lot.
The location and staff were great! The rooms were not that nice. Wallpaper pealing, sheets smelled old, and the shower tiles were gross. The wifi was also very very slow.
This is a reasonably priced hotel in a very nice area
Lots of bars and restaurants nearby
Close to train station and 2 metros
Breakfast was included and although just a continental buffet it’s enough to start your day off
Would definitely go back here
excellent location, friendly staff, but bathroom and room very, very old, cattle not in usable condition - smelled on vinegar or some cleaning solution

tiny bathroom in room 301, but quiet street..........................................................................................................................................................
Solid hotel for one night as I booked this place for a very good rate on Hotel.com. Room was small but comfy enough for just me. Its on a busy street so you will ear noises which is fine with me as I am used to it. Everything in the room works and is nice, but it was a little small. Small as in once you open the main door, if the bathroom door is left open then its in the way of entry into the overall hotel room. There is breakfast downstairs in the basement area if you plan to eat here in the am. I would stay again for the right price for 1-2 nights

Nice location
Good location. Check in was easy and the woman at the desk was helpful when we asked for assistance. Really liked the ability to make coffee in the room. The only complaint that we had was the smelly closet. Smelled like old dirty clothes, but the room and bathroom was clean.
Metro station at door step makes it a convenient place to travel around Paris.
easy to find food within 5 minutes of walking. Convenient store and shopping mall
are just around the corner.
The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. The location was near the Montparnasse Tower and convenient to get to many of the top tourist locations either through two nearby metro stations or the bus. There were many good restaurants walking distance from the hotel.
Rooms in Europe are smaller and this was no exception.
Since our arrival everything was strait forward for the reservation. the hotel is very clean, very well located for travelers using the airports , trains and metro , buses as well. all conveniences very close. The personal was very professional, helpful and honest.
