The people on the front desk where very helpful it was my first time in Paris and they always help me to get directions to the place I want to go. They were kind and friendly. The place is clean and it takes 10 minutes walking to get to the metro.

Location to the stadium was outstanding. The room was clean and spacious The hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and added to the enjoyment of the event. Close to the Metro.

Perfect location for Stade de France
Fantastic location for the stadium ( just outside at the gate ) . A number of pubs weee set up outside the hotel and the atmosphere pre and especially post match was at this location . Our room was located at the back of hotel- no noise . Staff were very friendly and the place felt very safe and secure - highly recommended for stade de France events - home for all Irish fans in Oct 2023

Not a great location. Hotel is very old and the rooms doesn’t even have the light blocking curtains. breakfast was bad, low quality. But the staff are very good, responsive and accommodating

Our stay was fine, no issues with the hotel or staff. Everyone was very pleasant and courteous. However for hotels.com, we were given free transportation in Geneva but not at St Denis. It would've been a help to us if the transit was covered as well.

The carpet in the room was dirty in many places, and the air conditioning was not working. When asked to turn o. The air-conditioning they told us they were in between seasons so the air-conditioning is off because they now provide heat. They told us to open our windows. I was ok to open the window but the problem there, their windows had no screens in order to keep the insects out. So in the end they offered us a fan. Not a good solution for a 4 star hotel.

Nice little hotel
Good stay if you wanna got to stade de France. Closest metro is about 15 minutes walk and will ltake you to Champs-Elysees or Invalides station. Our room was clean and everything worked as should. Many people complain about the breakfast but I think they forget they're in France! I thought it was ok with eggs and bacon as well as your typical french pancakes and bakery selection. Overall a pleasant stay.

Bad location for the price. Paid 194€ for one night, booked in error, another novatel in st denis. Way outside Paris with no metro only over ground connection. 12 min walk. Location only good if you want to watch a football game.

The property served its purpose. It was clean & close to the subway. They offer a small selection of breakfast items which was nice. They bathroom was updated but they didn’t offer lotion, hand towels, or other toiletries We took an Uber from the CDG airport & it cost about $32.

Excellent counter staff, lady serving breakfast was not at all polite. Very clean and comfortable rooms but breakfast very limited.

The hotel was very nice but a bit out of the way if you want to go to the primary Paris attractions. About a 40 min cab ride required. Not much to see out here unless you’re attending a sporting event at the stadium across the street. Good value though
