We chose Resihome for the great location and easy access to the metro for our sightseeing days of our trip! The hotel was very accommodating when we arrived a bit early for check in and allowed us to store our luggage while we went down the street to the market and for coffee until the room was ready.

Elevator was not working for 5 days of out of six day stay. Neither was my safe which I asked staff to fix and it wasn't looked at. Asked for my room to be cleaned and at first staff told that that they wouldn't but did after the 4th day. Area was OK. Amenities in the area decent. Subway and bus lines a 5 minute walk away. Room size was decent and comfortable for 1 person 2 would be tight. Bed softness was good. Good value for money. Would stay again with the brand but try another location.

Good location, everything needed for stay
We had almoast everything we nedded. An appartement where to rest during night as all we did was seing Paris. Neighborhood was OK, a large carfoure supermarket 7 minūtes from the building, some playgrounds nearby. Easy getring into paris with RER train. Though it could be better if the bedside lamps would work in one of the rooms. Also it was a little dark in the rooms but that s only because there were greenery outside. The really bad part was the POS wasnt working for atleast 3 days so couldnt pay with card which was quite inconvenient as we ended up needing to withdraw a large sum of money to pay by cash. Not a good feeling to go around with 1.5k in cash. I can understand bad things happen, hope it will be solved as it was OK place.

The beds were comfortable, but the air conditioner wasn’t very strong and the kitchen was very small with not a lot of amenities. It was close to the metro so it was easy to get to the city.

I loved that the location was so close to the metro so we could easily ride into Paris. The rooms were spacious but the kitchen was too small to really do any real cooking in. The air conditioning wasn’t super strong so we opted to open our windows for the night and smelt cigarette and pot smoke throughout the night. The room worked for us but it was nothing fancy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially the girl working the morning shift and the one from Morocco working the afternoon/evening shift. Location allowed great access to Paris for sightseeing. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel the first day at 1pm and checked in with the front desk. They informed us that the room was not ready. We told them that we were going to explore the city and we will be back later. The front desk said, "no problem". When we returned to the hotel later that night, to our surprise, the room which was paid in advance was given away. The hotel was fully occupied. As a result, we had no room in that hotel that night. The hotel front desk eventually offered us another hotel room down the street on the condition that we check out early in the morning and move all of our luggage to the original hotel which still had no available rooms. It was late at night and we were tired so we accepted the offer. To add to the inconvenience, the room they offered had no air conditioning. On the subsequent days after, the new room in the original hotel booked had an issue with the shower hose which broke during showering and water was spraying everywhere and causing the water temperature to go to cold. Neither one of the rooms had working telephones that could communicate to the front desk so we had to walk down to the front desk. When we spoke to the front desk and spoke to them about our bad experience at their hotel and asked how they were they going to compensate us for this inconvenience, they responded by offering one free continental breakfast. This was insulting to us. Terrible experience!!!

Comfortable and friendly
I really wanted to tell them while we were there but we didn't have time, which was there was an apartment next door facing the park that had a rectangular pool, about 3 meters by 6 meters, full of stagnate water which we feared was a breeding area for mosquitos. We let a few mosquitos into the room when we opened the door to the nice balcony. Other than that it was a cool place.

Was not pleased. As soon as we got there the woman told me i hadnt paid yet and asked me to pay. Lucky i double checked my statement which shows i had paid for it through expedia. If this was not checked i would have had to pay again. Room was not cleaned throughout the whole stay of 4 nights even though we asked them to. At the time of the booking it asked me if i wanted a smoking room which i got but when we arrived they said no smoking was allowed. This place is a joke. Will never go back and advise no one else to visit this place

Nice hotel with all basic facilities
Mine was a totally satisfying experience. The hostel has all basic facilities with a small kitchen, which is good enough for cooking your dinner and breakfast. Supermarket is also just outside the hotel. Overall it was a satisfying experience for me.

Nice hotel on the edge of Paris
The hotel and staff were fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating. The immediate area could use a few more shops and cafes that are open better hours; regardless, we could find what we needed at the local frais marche. The local café / bistro the Charl'yvonne had great food, a wonderful atmosphere and charming staff.

Nice and Cosy Rooms
The Apartment was walking distance from RER station with easy connections to City Center. It was in a quiet residential area and also had shops nearby for daily needs. Rooms where nice and cosy. Sofa bed was really comfortable. Kitchen was small but well equipped to cook a nice breakfast. I would recommend this Apartment for everyone especially families

HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE!
We had a most horrific experience at the hotel. The security at the hotel is non-existent. On our second night at the hotel, a burglar managed to enter our apartment without breaking open the door (presumably using a service key) at 2 O'clock in the night. As he was rummaging through our stuff, our daughter happened to wake up and alert us and we were able to nab him and hand him over to the police. The hotel did not extend a single word of apology!!! AVOID IT!!!!

Its close to the RER station and has good play area for kids close by. Also the store is just a minutes walk. It also has good restaurants around. Lovely place and we enjoyed our stay

decent for a quick stay
the room was spacious and comfortable, but there were a lot of items broken or in need of repair. From burned out light bulbs, the shower head broken, to the towel rack in the bathroom over heating the whole bathroom and wouldn't turn off. Otherwise, it was a decent place to stay.

No hot water!!
Arrived really early. Was able to check in a few hours early with no issues there. Room was small, walls are paper thin and our room was next to their facility room. Staff could really benefit from etiquette training and customer service class. Waited hours for hot water to take shower, once my boyfriend realized after 4 hours we still had no hot water, he called the receptionist. He advised us to reset the hot water sensor, when that didn't work we called again and ask for maintenance to check it out. We were told there was no maintenance available. My boyfriend ask to utilize another room just for me to shower, we were told that he could not make that decision and it was his 3rd day on the job. Finally after 4 attempted he gave us access to room 503 which also had no hot water. He then gave us access to room 001 that did have hot water. the hotel is in dyer need of improvement and staff was horrible, with the acceptation of the youg lady who checked us in the morning of 12-28-16 sorry don't remember her name. Please stay elsewhere if possible.

Good for a quick stopover in Paris
We stayed here for one night as a stopover on our way home the south of France. We arrived very late in the evening with 4 tired children and the staff at the desk were very helpful in getting us checked in quickly. We had to pay an extra 10E for parking. It was an underground secure parking which suited us well as we didnt really want to offload all of the luggage. We had booked for 6 people. The apartment had 2 bedrooms ( 1 Double and 1 twin) and a sofa bed in the living room. We didn't end up using the sofa bed as it looked pretty dire. The apartment was clean but old and a little shabby. The shower in the bathroom was useless but as we were only there for the one morning it was pointless complaining. Breakfast was approx 10E for adults and half price for children under 12 and under 3's free. I popped down about 9.30 am to see what the breakfast was like (as we hadn't paid for breakfast at the time of booking) but the staff didnt tell me that breakfast finished at 10 so when we finally got downstairs at about 10.15ish it has closed. Having said that it seemed pretty ok for the price. Croissants, Baguettes, Boiled Eggs, Coffee, Orange Juice, Cereals and a small selection of cheese and cold meats. The staff at the desk were helpful and friendly. Overall, it wasn't a bad place for a stop over but a little too basic for me.

No air conditioning,no daily cleaning of the room
The air conditioner did not work. There is no daily cleaning of the room. We had to request bathroom supplies, which were found in the closet down the hall. The room was comfortable for four people. Located near the train station.
