Love to go back in the future!
Very convenient location, nice area. Maybe too close to the Metro station, could hear the sound of train running underground. Helpful staff. It's great to have a sink and self-service free water/coffee bar in the lobby!

Comfortable stay at a friendly hotel 😊
The room was perfect for 3 adults. Once we were comfortable in our room it just made our stay at the hotel worthwhile. The staff were nice and they catered to our needs e.g., we asked for a kettle and we got it. They even borrowed us their adapter so can’t complain at all. The only little observation was that breakfast was basic but apart from that everything else was very good.

3-Star hotel without a water boiler/coffee maker?
Excellent location, friendly staff, near Metro + Gare du Nord. Need stronger WIFI server. We stay on 5th floor and very often can't connect to its WIFI. AC at night auto set to 22C as its lowest. Lucky the Queen bed is far from AC blower - however, the twin bed right in front of the AC is very very uncomfortable.

We arrived 30 minutes before check in and most 3 stars hotels would have let us check in a little early especially when the hotel is not at all busy and the rooms were ready. When I asked to leave my luggage, they asked for how long, as though it would be a bother. When I arrived in my room the handle to the bathroom was broken/missing. We had just arrived from an overnight flight and wanted to use the bathroom and clean up to go to bed. I returned to the reception to let them know and then returned again because they didn’t call someone right away. No hospitality except for the men that fixed the bathroom door.

The room was not up to the value paid, the room was not clean, the bathroom towels were dirty, the air conditioning did not work, there is no mini bar in the room, the breakfast is very bad, the services are not at the level of the amount paid, I do not recommend it at all

Hotel was great. Loved the staff, the service and how clean they kept the place. However, the wifi wasn't very reliable: it didn't work in some areas of my room. Also, the shower in my room was extremely small. I couldn't bend my elbow without hitting the shower sides. Other than that I had a good experience.

Reception staff on the first day where ok there had been a mix up with what had been paid for. Wet rude reception in the morning refusing to allow us in to breakfast until we paid. Had to ring and have hotels.com call and set them straight, they continued to be rude all of our stay.

staying in numerous hotels in Paris and worldwide, for over three decades, this 3-star Michelin hotel, had inaccessible WIFI when I stayed , and which, interestingly, could not be resolved, even after inquiry from the front desk. I could not use any WIFI and internet during my stay, even in today's well connected world. That is rather poor. The room's ac was rather warm, a tad less than desirable. It could not be adjusted, from within, as I was informed that the air conditioning, is centrally controlled That is also not good service for a Michelin 3-star facility. In my sojourn, Michelin star facilities, are generally, very good to excellent. On checkout, the desk clerk was rather un-cooperative and rude. I could not see the Manager either, even on request. Such is rather impoverished view in the hospitality service. The desk concierge response was, if I may say, non-Parisian in mood and demeanor, as I experienced the contrary, from the many Parisian hotels I have indulged. Breakfast, which was included in the room cost, was a poor assortment of baguette, croissant and Danish. A little Parisian variety would have been in order. This is Paris! There was coffee, hot chocolate, milk and teas. Cereals, with milk was also available, with apple and orange juices. The hotel is convenient and accessible by multiple means and near to many Parisian indulgences, for the adventurer. Looking forward to typical Parisian and French finesse in the future.

Stayed for 5 days 4 nights at this hotel. Room condition is good as expected for this hotel category. Breakfast was basics no hot food or fresh waffles or pancakes. Mattress can be updated since they were too firm to sleep on. AC was working fine but tv was not. It’s not a big issue since we weren’t always in the room. Overall the location is very centralized and pretty close to everything.

I have never seen a more out of date hotel room. It is stuck in the 60's and needs major updating. The bathroom was so small everything is squeezed in I could not even sit on the toilet properly as the bath tub was blocking my knees. Free breakfast but almost no choice for a vegetarian and very little items. Staff were very nice I have to admit

Location was great, close to Gare du Nord approx 10 mins walking. Breakfast was okay nothing special, the same usual selection of deli meats, boiled eggs, cheese, croissants, bread and cereal. The shower stall was very small and often you would bang your elbows on the glass door. The decor in the room was outdated but the beds were comfy. There's a mini fridge in the room, a bonus! Strange but there were no electrical plugs around the bed area, they were nice to supply an extension cord as my husband had a CPAP machine he needed to plug in. The staff at the front desk was not rude just not friendly or helpful...maybe it's the French culture? We don't speak French and we felt like we were bothering the staff if we asked too many questions...something we were not used too. Overall the stay was great!

I only have one vacant power outlet in my room and i bought it up to the front desk and they insisted i have one under the desk but none.. and it was a struggle charging my devices. I ask for an extension cord to help with the problem but they dont have one its was such an inconvenience. A one minute walk to Poissonnaire Metro stop. Get a receipt when paying city tax or don't pay until you check out. I paid in cash when I checked in and was asked to pay it again when I checked out. This seems to be pretty normal in Paris, tho.

Good location for city break
Good location although on busy road, we did not notice the noise. Comfortable, clean room. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. No kettle in room but fridge was useful. Ten minute walk from Gard du Nord and Montmartre area. We walked everywhere and free maps were supplied in the room. Breakfast was ok, unlimited tea and coffee

Convenient Location and reasonable price
Hotel was dated, but clean and the room was a weird shape, but actually had more space than most European hotel rooms due to the odd shaped corners. Hotel offered a 50% parking discount at a garage about 4 blocks away. Not bad on a budget.

Pros and cons of my experience on May 30-31
Good items: Good location: The hotel is in the middle of Cadet and Poissonniere. It takes less than 5mins walk to either Metro, so it is really convenience. Shop: I can easily find restaurants next to the hotel, and Carrefour city is around 10mins walk to Cadet Metro direction. So, it is really convenience. Bad items: Poor Elevator: It is always in trouble on May 30 and 31, and it is out of service on May 30 night. I see some visitors needing carrying big suitcases to walk upstairs. Hot Room: My room is 42 and it is clean, but it is really hot even at the end of May. Since there is no air-conditioner, I need open window to get cold air, but security is my worry, so I need close window before sleep or bathing... I don't know how people can stay in the room in July/Aug. No hot water: Hot water is working at the morning, but it doesn't work at night. Maybe there are too many people bathing at night, so hot water is out... I took a cold bath at the end.

good hotel to crash for the night after a long day/night in Paris. Rooms are small but that's a norm for 3 start hotel in Paris center. Showers are very small, beware if you are a little larger than an average person. Overall, good value for the location- the only reason to stay there.

Hotel central location three min walk to metro perfect. Room not fancy but we had all we needed n very clean.cleaner came every day n she was lovely so helpful she ran around trying to find us plug adapters.reception provided us glasses and corkscrews for the wine we had bought.bed a bit hard but for the price n location including breakfast..cereal tea coffee croissant cheese or baguettes,it was perfect no complaints here.

This place is fine if you're looking for the minimum, but it was annoying in a bunch of ways that they cut corners. The main guy at the front desk was very grumpy. The wifi required a password that you had to enter every time I opened up my laptop, and it would expire every day or so, so I'd have to go down to the front desk to get a new one. We were given a room with two single beds to start (we're a couple) -- it was sizable but had alot of street noise. We asked to be switched, the wouldn't switch us til the 2nd night, and the room we got was impossibly tiny. The guy at the front desk kept trying to sign us up for an airport shuttle that was 26 euros, when we could just walk 5 min to the RER B at Gare du Nord -- I had to tell him three times not to sign us up. The mattresses were a hard foam. Little things like that. But the location was convenient, and the rooms were clean. And the price was pretty good for the central location. I guess you get what you pay for.

First Stay in Paris
The hotel manager was not helpful. The room was so small you had to move side ways to get around the bed. The bed head backed on to the wall of the lift shaft and the noise was continuous. We asked to swap and found that all the rooms were much the same, awful and noisy. No safe in the room and they charge 8 euros to use theirs and then you can only access it from 9am to 5pm. This was certainly not the experience we wanted for our first stay in Paris. The only good thing I can say about it is the location was close to the metro.
