The hotel has the worst non-usable or hygienic mattresses I ever encountered; seriously those mattresses are curved in the middle and simply need to be replaced (a deep curved shape). Also, due to the door closing mechanism, if you stay in the hotel, get ready to woke up everyday hearing door’s slamming at least 5 to 6 times for every room, while the cleaning crew operating their services, or when residents are retuning late at night or leaving early morning.

Staff go over and beyond to answer any questions & recommendations on places to visit. Everyone is so friendly. The location is very convenient - walk away from public transport, cafes, shops etc. I would stay here again.

Staff wasn’t helpful. Made us wait an entire day to get a very simple problem sorted out. Really disappointed and not worth the money they charged for each room. Best Western just behind this hotel was so much more helpful, courteous with better room rates.

The decor was beautiful. The original room assigned was not sound proof as advertised. After I complained, a suit was assigned which was very quiet. A chair in the bedrm. was stained. And the heating was poor.

A great area for shopping and dining. Plus Paris attractions are not far. For example; Louvre, Eiffel, Triumphal arch, And Champs Elysees. The hotel just need to upgrade room furniture.

Very nice boutique hotel that's very close to Le Madeleine Plaza. Walkable to shopping! Hausmann Blvd, Galeries Lafayette, Printemps - everything! Walkable to the Louvre. Staff are great, especially their concierge Roman, who helped us with a "passport" predicament. He went above and beyond service! Our room was big and spacious, and quiet. Beds were nice and comfortble. We were pleasantly surprised with this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

What a wonderful find! So pleased we booked to stay at New Hotel Roblin; wonderful part of the city, gorgeous boutique stores, restaurants and convenient to many sights as well as close to a main Metro station so easy access to/from airport. Staff very friendly, room spacious by Paris standards, clean, modern and very well appointed. They even leant me a spare travel adaptor :) Amazing value and will definitely return as and when I'm lucky enough to return to Paris

Nice little hotel, modern and charming. Very friendly reception staff. Easy to access public transport to all the major sites in Paris. Clean rooms, complimentary bottle of water each day. No iron in the room but we were able to get one on request, and kept for our stay.

Very nice place to stay, would recommend. Conveniently located for all the main sites. Only one very minor complaint, when you run out of your 3 coffees in your room they are not replenished. But, I'm very much nitpicking.

We had the “suite” on the top floor. It was under the roof which means that the ceiling comes down to about 4 feet on parts of the room. Staff and breakfast and location was very good.

The staff was warm and welcoming and the room was clean. The AC was broken during the first 2 days of our stay during a heat wave so the heat was a bit unbearable although the staff gave us a fan to help with that.
