We’re given a room on arrival, went to the room and someone was in it! Went back and was given a second room and the same thing happened!! Couldn’t believe it and didn’t feel happy leaving stuff in our room in case they gave someone else one room key

I enjoyed staying at this property, I have stayed here before and I will stay here again. The staff in the restaurant for dinner were lovely. The buffet dinner is a good price, not a massive amount of choice but its very reasonable. It is great they run a free shuttle bus to the parks HOWEVER it serves 4 other hotels, so it does get very busy. This isnt the hotels fault at all but just an observation and a warning for those who plan to use an off site partner hotel. If you are looking for somewhere to stay on a budget, I highly recommend this hotel.

Convent to visit Disney, However safe did not work room very crammed no kettle, telephone to call office, Had to ask for replacement towels and toiletries None working extractor fan in bathroom Staff very pleasant and as was only for 3 nights was suitable but wouldn’t recommend for weeks break if visiting disney/paris Free shuttle bus is carnage so be prepared

Decent budget option for Disney
Very convenient budget option for Disneyland Paris decent value with a good buffet breakfast included. Our room was immaculately clean but smelt strongly of residual cigarette smoke which was unpleasant. The heating is dodgy and difficult to control. Basic furnishings and TV channels. Cheap pillows. The breakfast staff were lovely and the shuttle was great and runs until late. Bar is like an amusement arcade and had kids running around.

It was ok, but loud
The room was ok, but one of the towels had a stain. Since we were on the room next to the stairs, there was a lot of noise in the morning and at night, the staff tried to move us upon complaining, but only room available was in the same conditions (next to the stairs)

This was a great basic style accommodation with a handy free shuttle bus to Disneyland Paris. The room was perfect for what we needed which was a place to lay our head after a long day at the psrks. The bed was extremely comfortable. Towels were changed daily and bed made. The only thing we missed in the room was tea and coffee facilities... something to think about Hotel Campanile. Would use this hotel again for future visits to Disneyland Paris

As a grandmother travelling alone to meet my family who were staying in a Disney Hotel it was a perfect location without the extra expense of the themed hotels. A nice clean hotel. Helpful staff and plentiful breakfast buffet to start the day. Shuttle buses into Disneyland made getting from A to B very easy. Would recommend

Hotel excellent & busy with good breakfast in the morning being competitively priced until you add on the car parking fees e15 / night you need to factor this in if driving there a bit of a hidden cost to me when you check other hotels in the area with free car parking and one inclusive price🤔

Why would Disney be associated with this hotel?
Ladder for bunk beds broken. Only attached on one side. Bathroom door too big for door frame. Would not shut. Toilet did not flush. Food disgusting. Breakfast very disappointing. Hot foot all cold and greasy. No butter for bread. Very like school canteen set up. Will not be returning.

Loved the petting farm on-site and my daughter loved meeting the mascots. Countryside feel. Loved the shuttle bus. Nice big family room staff friendly and helpful.

Parking charges and no bags in restaurant
It was a good place to rest your head. We didnt have breakfast included so i didnt try it. However there were signs saying no bags to be taken into the restaurant which i understand is so you dont take the food out and into the parks, but all the sister hotels allow it. Also i had a horrid surprise of parkingcharges which I wasn't aware of of €15 per day.

Overall it was a decent stay, rooms basic but clean, beds made every day and new towels given. Breakfast was awful, it was that bad that I only had it twice in the 5 nights I stayed there. Everything was cold, the sausages, bacon, potatoes, beans, crepes, pancakes....not one but of it was remotely warm. It was convenient for a stay at Disney with the shuttle coming very frequently throughout the day though the shuttle was very very busy but that's not the hotels fault, it served 3 other hotels.

After staying in the campanile i was möre than dissapointed with almost everything with the exception of the bar staff. Whilst we were there a guest badly cut their foot on loose floor flags and the blood was still visible 2 days later. I raised the problem with 2 members of staff and still nothing done. The canteen is not good, chaos and stressful with the food being well below par with the exception of the pasteries and yogurts. I could recomend a number of significant improvements that could be made to improve but i am not sure they would be interested given the poor response to safety that i witnessed whilts i was there. Just to say the bar staff were great Marriane was superb very friendly and welcoming. Campanile you can do better to with a little effort and imagination.

Room was clean and well maintained, excellent free shuttle bus to Disneyland Paris, annoying that I had to pay 15euro parking fee for the day which wasn't there when I initially booked. It's only free to park when you book direct with Campanile themselves.

Lovely Stay
Room was always clean. Cleaned when requested and done very quickly. Felt comfortable and safe within the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. All spoke English which was ideal and felt welcoming. Breakfast was nice, could have done with some more hot food options though and it needed to be warmer.

I had read lots of bad reviews about this hotel. So I was pleasantly surprised with how clean it was and fairly well maintained. We did have to wait a bit at breakfast but there was plenty of choice ( cooked breakfast needed to go in the microwave) each morning I was provided with freshly cooked gluten free rolls just had to ask for them. It’s very close to the park about a 40 minute walk which was sometimes easier than the shuttle bus.

Great base for Disney and although buses were busy always managed to get on the bus. Breakfast and the breakfast staff were brilliant. The negatives though were €9 for a pint of beer (€5 during happy hour and €7.50 normally in Disney Village). On departure was charged €60 parking for 4 nights despite not been advised on booking and at check in. Have stayed here for years since it was Kyraid and always gone back over the years and multiple times each year. Will be looking for a different hotel in the future

The hotel itself was fine but the staff where shockingly rude. The only car park I’ve ever seen at a hotel that has to be paid is in a city centre, they tried to charge our taxi for picking up. You really are made to feel like a thief at breakfast with the NO BAGS signs everywhere and the staff standing around watching everyone. I don’t know why because I can’t imagine anyone wanting to steal their breakfast… cold food which was obviously no made fresh, not even sliced bread for toast. The only thing we all ate was a croissant. The only positive when it came to food and staff was the bar. The lady working was lovely and the food was reasonably priced and tasty

Lovely clean friendly hotel

Good budget option. Clean and comfortable. New €15 per night parking makes the price comparable to nicer nearby hotels, so we probably won't use again. Aircon/heating not working in rooms.

Good clean comfortable rooms. Good breakfast and friendly staff. Play area inside and out good for children and the pet area was a bonus for them when queing to go into breakfast
