Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel is nicely decorated and great location next to the metro. The road and city noises might be loud in summer with the window open but they were well soundproofed when shut and even when open didn't bother us. Worth it for a convenient central location.

The staff and decor are lovely. The location is convenient with the 4 line just a block away. No concerns with bed bugs. Rooms out front have a cute balcony and a lovely view of the park across the street but if you're not from a big city, the street noise and traffic from Blvd Sébastopol might bother you. Breakfast had limited choices compared to other European hotels but everything was very tasty. Beware though that if you just want coffee, you will be charged €6 for a small 8 oz cappuccino. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows were awful. They are very thick and it hurts your neck. There were some odd housekeeping practices. One day I returned back to the hotel after a full day of activities to freshen up before dinner. At 5pm, housekeeping returned to vacuum my room. On another day, I slept in and put the DO NOT DISTURB sign on my door. Yet at 10am the next day, housekeeping knocked on my door wanting to clean the room. Instead of a bath mat, housekeeping left a hand towel to be used as a bath at for five out of the seven days I was there. Not enough attention paid to whether the bath products had run out. I had no body wash for the last two days but thankfully, had my own. Some other annoying things: The toilet paper holder was installed upside down, so they would fly off every time I tried to use it. There is no in-room fridge which was super inconvenient.The safe will not fit a 15" laptop.

This property is amazing. It looks brand new, and that’s because they just completed a stunning remodel. Wow is this place beautiful. It offers new finishes and modern touches, while still retaining that Paris charm. Such a great spot!

This was a clean and new hotel in a great area of Paris near several metro stations. The stay was overall very positive. It was pretty loud at the hotel during the day, which made it very hard to take a nap after a long travel day. The housekeepers were a bit disruptive, knocking when we had DND sign on and not having time to clean until we got back to our room AFTER being gone all day. Aside from those two things we had a pleasant stay and saw no bed bugs!

A real gem.
This is a charming , comfortable hotel. A real find. Decor is an elegant mixture of Parisian classic features, which have thankfully been retained , and chic modern. Comfortable rooms. Great views over the city( especially from the front rooms. ) Relaxed atmosphere. Pleasant and helpful staff. Good location. Le Marais is a 20 minute walk. Canal St Martin the same. Will definitely return.

I would have put 5 stars if the cleaning was done correctly. Location and staff is great! Unfortunately the cleaning of the rooms is not acceptable (not talking just about a bit of dust here…)

Zum Schlafen okay. Das Hotel sah optisch schön aus, aber leider funktionieren die Services überhaupt nicht. Essensbestellung abends dauerte über eine Stunde und bei der Taxibestellung zum Flughafen wurden wir bezüglich der doch anfallenden Hotelkommission bewußt angeschwindelt. Eine ehrliche Aussage wäre okay gewesen, aber Touristen anzuschwindeln, zeugt nicht von guten Gastgebern - sehr schade.
