Under renovation, hot room and rude staffPosted 24-Sep-2013
This hotel seems to be under renovation which was not the problem. Climate control was an issue and the room was too hot at night. After complaining I was told air conditioning was not longer available because it was the middle of September. I also left something in the room after vacating however after emailing them to have it returned they were rude and told me they are unable to find it.

Excellent hotel convenient location.Posted 01-Sep-2013
Pros: Staff were very friendly and greeted us upon arrival and they gave us complimentary map to show key locations. Hotel was clean with great view.
Cons: Would be great if the television had another english channel.
Location: Convenient and pleasant location, near to several metro stations and within walking distance to places. Restaurants and supermarkets extremely close.
Pleasurable experience the staff were friendly and accommodating. Room seemed like it had been recently refurbished and the view with the balcony was great. There was a large screen tv and radio in the room which was a nice addition and a great way to relax in the evening.

Neat hotel in easy reach of sitesPosted 24-Jul-2013
Pros: standard of finish on room was good
Location: central - easy access to stations - also easy commute to Gare du Nord - so carrying bags not a problem
Went to hotel when reception was undergoing refurbishment. Very neat rooms, well designed (if not a little tight) - but had everything that was needed and was finished to a good standard. The only let down was the breakfast - which was an odd experience. Watching around twenty people try to butter bread with spoons in the absence of knives and trying to develop ways of drinking orange juice and coffee in the absence of glasses and cups was interesting - whilst there was clear acknowledgement this was a problem, nothing was done to resolve it. I'd recommend the hotel, and the staff at reception were friendly - but i'd skip on breakfast and opt for something local.
