"It’s all true! Staff were welcoming and helpful- friendly and happily looked after our bags even after check out. Beds were clean and comfortable, rooms average size for central London. Everything worked. It’s also true that decor is dated- but I liked the price too much to care! Super close to Paddington Station and we felt safe coming home late after a show. Breakfast is a set menu, slightly dull but adequate. "
