"I wouldn't stay here again. The staff was great and the place was clean but the room was really old and looking extremely depressing. The main problem I had which unfortunately kept me up all night was that the AC couldnt be turned off - it was set at a specific temperature that you couldn't change. The problem with that was that the AC was from another era, it was extremely loud with a humming noise in the backgroud, it kept me up all night. Terrible.
Hard to find parking in that area and also does not seem safe at night. In other words, Rideau street is sketchy, loud and busy."
