The grounds were very beautiful and well kept, front desk staff very friendly, unit we stayed in was very clean. Loved the two entrance concept. Loved the location close to Walmart and Disney property

Overall it was fine, however there were a few annoying things and one dangerous one: First, there are 2 doors in each suite and none have a latch. Even if you lock the door from the inside, it unlocks just by pulling the lever type handle which my 2 year old discovered and I didn’t notice until the door was wide open and he was about to step outside. I called front desk but they said all their rooms are the same way and there was no maintenance person over the weekend to do anything about it. All they offered is to return my money if I wanted to go to another hotel. We ended up jamming the doors with our cooler and furniture to prevent our son from opening the doors again. Needless to say it was not very relaxing to have to keep a constant watchful eye even inside our room. The bed was not very comfortable and neither were the pillows, they were stiff and not fluffy at all like what you find in nicer hotels. Finally, the AC is restricted from going below 72 degrees and to make matters worse the air was not going to the room full force, my husband could not sleep because of the room being too hot. The kitchen was a bit small but usable and everything seemed clean. One cool thing, you can rent DVDs for free, thought that was nice. Not a bad selection either.

It’s a good hotel. It is good as I pay. Not far from Disney parks. Good location. Walmart is walking distance too.

Decent facilities, but very limited services.
Nice place but the lack of daily maid service was frustrating and the fact that they called me an hour before their extremely early check-out time of 10am left a sour taste in my mouth. I learned upon check-in that they are not a hotel, but a time-share. I guess that's my bad for not doing the research. If I had know what I was getting for the price I likely would have opted for an actual hotel with full service somewhere in the area

I am sorry that we fell short of what you had expected. As for a timeshare we offered daily trash and towel service. Upon check in we do have our check in and out time. Due to to the size of the unit it takes much longer to clean and have ready for the next guest.

Thank you for your feedback. This time of year is very busy with families and sometimes be challenged with noise. Please if you do comeback, check with Front Desk as we have safety deposit boxes in the lobby. They are also FREE to use. These are much more secure than in room safes.

This place is a gem
Amazing experience as expected since my family loves to stay here!! Its quaint and super clean!! Our family spent some down time from the parks at the hotel pool and spent the evening making smores on the fire pit while we played corn hole.

Great Getaway
Very nice quite place to stay. Suites have everything you could need and they are clean and comfortable. Cici was very sweet and personable with our quick check in. We will definitely stay here again.

We absolutely love Magic Tree and plan on returning in the future. Location wise, it was near all the Disney parks and great restaurants. Property wise, the exterior is a bit older-looking than chain hotels but kept up SO immaculately. The actual suites are even more pleasant and has all the comfort necessities for families to thoroughly enjoy their stay. The only minor negative is that the wifi wasn't working during our stay. But we were told that it would soon be fixed after the holiday.

Better than expected.
I don’t normally leave reviews but this one is worth it. Very relaxing place. Staff was very attentive and cared about your experience (hard to find these days). I would recommend to friends and family.

Not too shabby... some good restaurants close by...beds were decent...pools are heated and love the 1ft pool for my little one...overall great and I'd stay again...close to Disney

I had a very amazing experience at this resort. It was so peaceful and relaxing. I really enjoyed the amenities, the customer service, the hospitality. It had absolutely everything that I needed right there at the resort which made my stay so pleasant. I will visit this resort again and recommend it to all of my friends and family.

This hotel was great. We were very impressed. We have our favorite hotel in Orlando, but it was booked so we had to get something else and we took s chance on this hotel and turned out to be great😄.

Very perfect!!!
10 minutes drive to Disney world. Hotel staffs were very confident and friendly. Room was very well maintained. Kitchen was fully equipped and laundry was free. My family enjoyed BBQ, swimming, hottub, fire place every evening. I stayed for 4 days and regretted that I could not stay longer. Will definitely stay again!

Thank you for you review. As a Legacy property we try very hard to maintain our units and the amenities. Now with Walmart next door we are able to groceries within walking distance.

Great weekend escape.
Only draw backs were the $100. cleaning fee and my Ice maker was not working and I guess they forgot to come check on it. Otherwise, it was a lovely escape a good size unit we will definitely be going back.

I am so glad you enjoyed your stay at the Magic Tree. I would like for you to call me at the resort. At check in we take a security hold and not a cleaning fee it is refunded at check out. I would like to offer to email you a receipt to show a voided transaction. As for the ice maker I am sorry that it did not get repaired. Loved this Hotel
I enjoyed every bit of my stay at the Suites of Magic Tree. The check in was super easy. The front staff want hands down the BEST I have ever encountered. They should be the model every hotel uses to when training staff how to treat guests. I will be sure to stay here every time I am in Orlando. I would like to thank them for making my birthday weekend AWESOME!!

The room decoration was outdated. The TV in the bedroom was from the early 2000s. The living room TV was a 30 inch. The mattress was way too hard. The property also used the Disney name but its NOT on Disney property. Its just a regular hotel.

This property was excellent. The rooms were very large and very clean. PLenty of extra towels. It was nice to have 2 entrances in and out of the room. Modern appliances and flat screens. Very well appointed. Property and pool looked clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Even the pull out couch was very comfortable.Would not hesitate to stay again.

Very deceiving from the road. They are currently renovating the front of the building. This is a hidden gem of a hotel. The room was gorgeous. The pool was very nice and there are plenty of activities for everyone. Very enjoyable. we will back for sure. This was a VERY good deal.......

Great value for the price.
We arrived late and found that our room key didn't work. I found the night guy, Dalton was his name I believe. He let us in the room with a master key and then made us working keys. The next night I accidentally locked my keys in our van. Again Dalton?helped by providing some tools to help me unlock my car. Every staff member I spoke to was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean with modern upgrades. The landscaping and activities were very nice as well.
