The room it self was not clean dog hair were on “clean” towels. Couldn’t get replacement towels we were told they did not have any. Had to change rooms the tub was dirty the chairs were sticky along with the floor. The hotel staff was sorry she acted like she didn’t want to come down upon arrival to open the door . The entire hotel smell like smoke. The flooring coming up in the bathrooms. The kitchen area needs upgrading. Definitely checked out the next morning. Oh the front desk don’t open until 10 so if you need service you’re out of luck. I DO NOT RECOMMENDED

The property has just been sold. The people are fixing up the place. We experienced the worst room on check in. They moved us the next night. Much better room. The place needs a major renovation. Happy to see it looks like they are doing that. Time will tell

There were people/guests smoking at the entranceway. The carpet in the room smelt like mildew. The kitchen faucet was broken and didn't work. There was dust and mildew on the bathroom ceiling. The staff were friendly enough however our room was in disrepair. There were moldings missing in the bathroom around the toilet, the cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom were falling off the hinges, the bathtub had permanent stains in it, the room smelled strongly of stale cigarette smoke and someones animal had used the bathroom in the hallway, which was there when I went to my room that evening and when we checked out the next morning. The bed sheets did appear clean and the room wasnt super dirty, it was mostly the smell of cigarettes and the disrepair of the cupboards, vanity, bathtub, etc.

To be completely honest I hardly ever complain and am willing to be adaptable and reasonable with nearly any circumstance, but this property is a tragedy. Upon entering the property for the first time to check in, my family and I were greeted with a very poor smell in the lobby (dirty carpets and poor ventilation) as well as very limited staff. When asked to check in to the two rooms I had booked weeks prior to my arrival, I was told that only one of them is available. It is tremendously frustrating only being able to get one room (from the one you wanted and paid for) after the fact I was already charged for two. However, we were able to adapt and get another room that was available in the property that had one less bed. The carpets in the hallways and rooms are smell atrocious, and it was almost unbearable. If I hadn’t been staying there for such brief time since I was only out of town for a short weekend, I would’ve never gone through with remaining in that property. The staff understands wholeheartedly that they are below par and try to help in the ways they can, but are limited in the fact that the property is beyond saving and is very run down. Disappointing.

I had a booking for 2 queen beds in advance for 5 nights. When I went to the property the front desk staff said that the room I booked isn't available so he gave me another room. Before I check-in into that room, I insisted to see the room first. When I went into the room, there was only one bed and the bed wasn't made after previous guest checked out and bathroom and kitchen is all used and dirty. Went back to front desk and showed photos of the room and he said (rudely) the he don't have any other room to offer and I have to call the same place where I booked the room (online) for a refund. After calling them they processed my refund from the motel. There wasn't any apologies and offering for another solution. Next day I was charged for 1 day reason being "No Show" even though I was on the property and got the refund from them. Again I have to call where I made booking (online) and explain the whole situation and spend around 35-40 minutes to process the refund for "No Show". Not happy with the whole booking and refund situation. ESA, I would like you to investigate and follow-up with the motel staff to improve better customer service and customer satisfaction. Thanks

This hotel is not as advertised. on first arrival it shingles are falling off the roof, there is trash every where in the parking lot and in the lobbies and halls. The only trash cans were in a “trash room” somewhere. so people just left their trash wherever. the place reeked of marijuana and it made its way into our room through the vents. There were several cases of domestic violence than we reported as it was happening in two separate rooms and the front desk did nothing. The front desk is also left unattended from 11:00pm until 7:00am and the front door is left open for anyone to walk in. The advertised pool was filled with debris and locked. There were no light bulbs in any of the lamps and dead batteries in the tv remote. we asked the front desk twice and they said they would have to put in a ticket And it would take a few days. I could go on and on. we have stayed at extended stays before and our daughter is at the one next door on commodity Circle. stay there if you are interested. Cleaner property, more receptive staff, no pot being smoked in every room, clean pool and trash cans at every floor’s elevator

No quarter machine to get change to do your laundry & the front desk cannot help. Vending machines doesn’t work either and they do not offer any type of laundry soap or detergents for sale. Besides that we had a good time.

First room. The bed skirt was off kilter so went to fix it, lifted mattress and underneath was crumbled food...crackers..chips.. and what appeared to be a small turd. Carpet was very dirty and smelled as well as the entire hallway and as soon as you entered the hotel. bathroom.. kitchen area terrible. Second room. No carpet but floor was scattered with debris.. looked like food... Bathroom old dirt.. Rust.. discoloration of the counter..the microwave had a big burnt and melted spot on the ceiling. Just nothing comfortable about this property.

The property was really dirty, roaches in the room, heavy weed smell, the AC unit was not working properly and I was unable to contact any staff member at night to get it fixed. This place is not suitable for families. The breakfast is not a breakfast, just coffee and some muffins…

Very dated rooms. Tub bottom was rusty. Floors of elevators were filthy. Sink faucet handles disgustingly wet because they were missing the caps. Bathroom fans covered in very thick layer of dust Door to lobby with metal sticking out at bottom waiting to slice someone’s leg. Just not a quality hotel. Staff was accommodating and courteous.
