The property is being renovated. Breakfast was not available (other than bagels and yogurt). The outside of the hotel looks great, but the rooms need lots of renovation. The bathroom base molding was pieced in place with gaps in the molding. The shower curtain would not stay closed as the rod sagged toward the middle of the tub. Housekeeping did a commendable job.

The beds and pillows were awesome!! There is plenty of food/shops about a mile away. The property is under renovation but breakfast was a “to go” bag with an apple, yogurt and bottle of water. The room itself was okay with coffee maker but no cups to brew it in and two bath towels and two hand towels but no washcloths at all. Phone didn’t work which wasn’t a big deal. AC worked fine.

this property was terrible , it was right next door to a prison. the room smelled terrible, the ceiling was pealing over the beds. the bathroom had mold and the sink was dirty, the appliances were old and rusted. the front office was in a hotel room, the lighting round the hotel was very dark. on the day we were checking out i saw roaches.

They were renovating the place when we stayed. They moved the reception area to a room but they still were able to check us in. The place looks a bit dusty for the renovation but it is understandable. Rooms were clean and comfortable, they cleaned them every day when we were out. It is good if you want a place to stay for a couple days while you’re at the theme parks. The renovation will make this place look great.

No frills, just bascally quiet. They are doing remodeling of this hotel and you have to go to one of the rooms to check in. Also requires a $100 deposit PER day. I stayed last night and if I wanted to stay by reservation tonight she said another $100 deposit on top of the one I had paid already. I thought that was too much, especially since you have to wait 7 days or so for the money to go back into your bank.

Well lets start off the staff helped out with every problem we encountered. Everything that happened was out of there control. First of all the do not allow early check ins.once we finally got to the room and settled the bathtub wouldnt drain which ment we had to move rooms at 9pm. They moved us and the room was alot cleaner and nicer until we found out the door wouldnt open with any key other than the staffs key.they had to let us in everytime which they dis and the gentleman that cam was super nice! In the backyard of the hotel is the orange county prison and less than a mile in most direction is sketchy areas! Beds were comfy tv was very basic. Shower was just hot enough.

It definitely does not look like the pictures!!! The building is super old, they have remodeled rooms but they were all empty and put us in an old dirty room that smelled like mold and had roaches. It was going under remodeling so the pictures they showed on the websites was false the room smelled the carpet had mold on it the bathroom tiles were broken the refrigerator was not working the room phone was not working to call room service they Prostitutes working theyeah well I had my family there. I had to go all the way back to the front desk to get a remote just to use the tv. Overall horrible place to go I will not take my family back there. And the continental breakfast was just a bag with apple. a water. And a yogurt. Also, did I mention right behind? The hotel is a big prison. I didn't feel safe there

I've had good luck with hotel rooms elsewhere, but avoid this property. There is no lobby given they are under renovations and you have to track down the room where check in is. The signage to the room could improve. Needless to say with the main lobby area unavailable, there was no breakfast either. We were charged an extra fee upon checking in as well as a $100 deposit that was not declared on their website total costs. The rooms we experienced had a wet, musty smell: we changed to a second room and experienced that same odor. The general condition of the property was poor: the elevator had a loud clanking sound that indicates overdue servicing needs. The property is off of two very busy highways which makes entry and exits challenging. You will have to travel several miles to find restaurants.

This property was exactly as expected for the price. The beds are super comfy and the AC heated/cooled the room as expected (actually too cold). I did not see any bugs as had been previously mentioned in other reviews. Yes it was in a bad location, yes it was under construction and the lobby (check in) was in a weird, hard to find place but again for the price I couldn’t complain. Rosa at the front desk was timely, polite, and pleasant with all the guest I saw her interact with. As for the additional fees … idk about you but any hotel I’ve EVER stayed in has requested an initial deposit that was returned upon check out. The $4 “resort” fee was my only additional charge and that was communicated via Expedia when originally booked. The pool and surrounding areas were clean. Any deterioration was expected from an old run down motel at an incredible value especially for a holiday weekend. There was only cable but I saw no issue with this as it was refreshing to teach my two young girls about commercials and no options lol. Thank you again for such a pleasant stay regardless of the minor inconvenience they are soooooo first world country tbh !!!
