Not safe for kids....or probably anyone else for that matter. Prostitution going on in the parking lot. Filthy rooms. Tried 3 different rooms before we left. Dead mouse in one, poop smell in the other, and filth and crumbs in the last one. AWFUL. Don’t do it.

I took my 2 year old grandson at this hotel. It was clean, but I noticed a few cockroaches. They attended to it immediately. Otherwise from that, the staff were friendly and very helpful.

Call before booking through this site!
This hotel was closed. We called repeatedly to let them know we would be a little late and no one answered. When we arrived they were closed. No lights. Parking lot roped off and hookers walking the streets. Very disappointed in Hotels.com because i booked through them and they didnt even know the hotel was closed.

The front desk, and hotel staff, were friendly. And, quite hospitalable. There was confusion, and noise, in the hallway at times. The hotel was, very much in need, of renovations. Which was evidently, why the hotel closed. I am in the process, of requesting a refund. For that last night.

This is by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve stayed at. It’s not even worth the $50 I paid to stay there. The ENTIRE hotel including every room smells like cigs. Every piece of fabric has a stain on it. The carpet looks horrible and dingy. They even had raccoons running through the hall & raccoons in the kitchen area which I had to scare off. Also Roaches crawling from under the fridge. This place should be torn down. I give this place a solid 0/5

Holes in walls throughout the room, bathroom toilet seat looked as if it was 100 years old, toilet overflowed first hours of being in room, staff would not let me use a plunger an that maintenance was not expected till next day. I asked the front desk clerk what should I do, an that my wife, son an myself all needed to use a rest room. She said she didn’t have an answer. I checked out an was promised refund for my stay that I have yet to see. I will never stay at a baymont hotel again. I paid for a room that didn’t have working plumbing an could not be provided with a restroom either, I don’t know what they expected me to do. I will be contacting my lawyer if I do not get my money back.

I didnt like the urine smell in the hall, or the pee stains on the sheets, or the hookers walking the street, or the drug deal in the stairwell on the way to my room, or the missing smoke detecto.

Confusing directions from Disney - got to hotel which was not overly crowded and given a room - people hanging outside of the front door smoking - hallway dirty and stained rug - room had ants 🐜 and TV didn’t work - I use this service all the time and usually have good luck but this room was awful

The girl working the night I checked in was so unbelievably rude. No help whatsoever. Refused to let me check in and kept my money. Left me to sleep in my car with health conditions in the cold and rain. Never had a worst night. Feel awful still. Must have caught a cold because I still have not recovered. I think Expedia and Beaumont should make it right as the customer I have never ever been treated so poorly.

On my reservation I asked for a downstairs room close to the front when I got there to check in and they put me on the second floor but I asked for a room downstairs she gave me one but she was new sent me all the way to the back to find the room and had no clue where it was and she even want me back there and we still couldn't find the room so then she put me up front and a different size room than what I wanted but I went ahead and took it since it was upfront then I check out this morning and come to find out not only did I pay Expedia for my room but I also paid a $50 deposit and another fee for my room when I called this morning to talk to the office they assured me that they didn't charge me the extra money only the deposit but when I called my bank the bank went over all the charges with me and they charged me for the room which I had already paid through Expedia and charge me a deposit not very happy at all with the miscommunication

The hotel was dirty and had a stench. The room was never cleaned there were bugs in the bathroom and food stuck to the phone along with candy wrappers we canceled the rest of our stay after the first night due to a late check in.

I never got my $100 deposit back, & when i talked to front desk; they said it was because my brother stayed with me - even though on all the signs it said an extra person was only $5 (not $100). The rooms were FILTHY; entire surfaces sticky, grease spots, boogers, hairs, you name it. When i told the front desk about the condition of the room, they just said it was cleaned. The coffee that wasn’t removed from the coffee maker, looked/smelled about a week old though. Also there was a family of bugs living behind the bathroom mirror, we had a little bit of one roll of toilet paper, no tissues, & the shampoo was mostly gone (they didn’t restock the bathroom). It would have been cleaner for us to stay in a pigsty - i had to go buy bleach to clean EVERY surface. Not to mention, the primary residence were prostitutes. And because of covid there is no breakfast buffet.

The Baymont Hotel was vacant it was deserted it was a Bandan there was no one there there was homeless people sleeping outside I have to call your customer service number maybe 100 times to give me a new room with a new location transfer all my money on because I paid in full on your website I don’t get compensated for anything I didn’t get anything in return I wasted a whole day looking for a hotel room for my first time using this was horrible You guys should really update your website and figure out what rooms are a scam and which ones are good

It was prostitution in and out of the building. The room and place looks nothing like in the picture it was no breakfast no pool people nocking in our door almost every night and a woman crying and knocking in our door it was terrible the worst place ever in my life🙁😡

i didn't like that there was no cont. breakfast i understand no sit down but could have brought it back to the room came in after dark and when i asked 3 different people how to get to rt 528 they all told me they didn't know they all said they just moved here when i went outside in the light i could see a sign about a block away (i came from another direction) hookers walking by day and night don't think i can tell people to stay here the only thing that was okay was the price but after my stay i know why it was so low

We were only there for one night (less than 12 hours) before a flight. If we had to stay longer we would have left this property. The staff we encountered was nice enough and we had no problems. This hotel is in need of renovation. There were burn marks in the carpet of our room and the hallway. A cup of cigarette butts on the balcony of our room from a previous person. The furniture within the room has seen better days. Also no elevator so if you stay on the second floor be prepared to haul all your belonging up the stairs. While we did not have breakfast as we left before it opened, the breakfast area looked like they were working on it but based on previous post this may be the how it is. The hotel pictures don't show the property as it really is. Outside the property were several people loitering especially at 4 am when we left for the airport. Not sure what they were all doing at that time but certainly didn't make you feel safe.

Where can I start. The lady at the front desk was not welcoming at all. The ice machine did not work. Only 1 light available in the room. The remote control was missing. I notified someone- and still didn't receive a remote control. There was a roach next to my door in the hallway. Just disgusting.

The attached photo is what we pulled into the parking spot to witness. Needless to say my 16 year old daughter was appalled. It it wasn’t 2am, already paid for, and we had been flying all night I would have left. The blankets were n the bed were stained and the bathroom had black spots. The sheets smelled like bleach and there were no visible bugs, so we crashed and then left shortly after we woke.
