The staff was super friendly, but our room on the 3rd floor (which we were told was one of the best rooms they had lol) was hot one minute and cold the next and then extremely hot and then cold, so maintenance came, but it took forever and multiple calls. The shower was falling apart and making a whistle noise whenever we showered. The spa was not working, but you only found out when you attempted to go in, there was zero signage, the outside pool area was dirty and the furniture has bird poop on it.

Paper thin walls. HVAC system did not work at all. Room was hot with no windows to open. The front desk was absolutely no help and unwilling to fix the issue.

Giselle was the receptionist when we checked in. She was on the phone helping a customer for about 13 minutes. Because I was tired from a long trip, I decided to sit down, when there was another customer that already checked in and needed some coffee. Instead of helping me which got there first, she started helping the male customer came after me, and took the coffee sachet he needed. When my turn came, she did not apologize for letting my family waited for about 20 minutes. The hotel needs to train the receptionist a better manner. Definitely, Giselle was not a good rep for the hotel.

BED BUGS. Plus lots of issues. The hot tub doesn’t work, the HOT WATER for showering didn’t work. The beds had black odd specks. Most likely bed bugs. They advertise an ocean view, it’s a highway. After all this, they offered a $35 refund. A joke. The staff especially the manager shouldn’t be employed anywhere not even a gas station. There was a very strong smell of rotten eggs due to a gas leak. And of course also no heat. And again they thought $35 was sufficient. The total for one night was $140. Horrible ghetto property.

The hotel was located just off the freeway so there was quite a bit of traffic noise, but the receptionist quickly found a different room that was much quieter.

I have stayed at this property for over 2 years (at least 3-4x) and was shocked, disappointed and angered by the addition of a new $18 parking fee. This was not advertised in advance and essentially is an 15 percent up charge. I am most likely going to look elsewhere in the future.

The hotel didn't have our room ready when we checked in so they put our family is a smaller room with the promise we could move into the correct room the next day. The next day came and they still didn't let us move to the right room. I guess reservations don't matter much at this hotel. Finally after a call to the manager we were able to have the correct room for our last night. The hotel was conveniently located for our needs and the girl working at the front desk in the evenings was very polite, but I wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

Room was bigger than expected, very comfortable and great location. We went for a wedding and the venue is right next door, so this was perfect.

The hotel needs an upgrade. Furniture is old, tattered armrest covers on the chair. Old sofa, carpeting. They are the only hotel along this street that charges $18 for parking. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about this charge, they never appeared. They clean every other day, I guess? This was also never explained. the breakfast is all plastic, throw-away stuff. No drinking glasses in the room, only paper cups. This is more on the level of a budget hotel.

It is very close to I5 freeway and very noise, old building, make it hard to sleep at night. Checking in experience is poor, staff said original room booking is not available and asked us to make a change. Later they fixed this issue. There’s additional parking charge $18 unexpected , which was not mentioned during booking.

I did not appreciate the 18.00 parking charge added to my bill. This was not mentioned in the hotel info when I made my reservations. All that is is a hidden room charge. Will not stay at this location again.

I really like the room with separate door for the bedroom & the living room area. I also like the separate bathroom with the sink. The only thing that I didn’t like was the daily parking fee. We were not aware of this fee when booking.

The room has a smell like stanky old carpet and moldy cleaner. The carpet is quite old and dated. Gold and red and orange busy pattern like a Vegas casino. The room is large and the furniture is quite old and dark. The bed was comfortable and decent. The tv didn’t work to watch from bed but the tv in the sitting area did work. Yes, two televisions. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Great employees !

Best weekend getaway for my family, for a family of 5 it felt super spacious. It was nice having a living room area and 2 bedroom on one side. The couch was a pull on couch bed so that was a nice touch ! Their also a bunch of convenient restaurants and groceries stores near by. They also have a mini fridge and microwave which is nice to keep snacks in. Overall, the stay was amazing!

Overall a good experience but...
Let's start with the positive and then move onto the opportunities. The location was easy to find and access. Right off the freeway and into the lot. Check in was seamless with the Hilton app, didn't need to even stop at check desk (more on that later) The room was spacious and clean. EVERY single staff member we encountered, from reception, to housekeeping and even the breakfast attendant were beyond nice. Very welcoming and always helpful. Breakfast was well stocked and nice assortment of options. Now the opportunities. As many have stated this place is in serious need of an update. The furniture in the living side of the room was beat down and unwelcoming. The bed was rock hard and pillows had no life left in them. The faucet in the sink barely reaches bowl and you end up with a puddle all over the counter. If you get a highway facing room (which also faces the water) be prepared for road noise. Parking is very limited and its also $18 per night with no options for public parking. A false fire alarm at 3am was not how I wanted to wake up and the ice maker on our floor died on the last day.
