Room was good and staff was great. Breakfast was well stocked and was a wonderful value for the money. Sure there were a few scuffs on the walls but they were actively working on it and my room was very clean.

I stayed here for 6 nights, the only time my room got cleaned was on the last day even after me notifying the front desk on the third day that my room needed cleaning. Property is old and so is everything else. No water pressure in the shower to speak of either.

My room had to be switched 3 times. I checked in around 730pm. I did not finally get settled in until around 11pm after all of the room changes. The first room the bathroom started the flood and leak water from the ceiling and walls due to a possible pipe leak from the room above mine. About 30 minutes later they moved my room and I unpacked. The second room had a terrible strong odor throughout and did not have a working refrigerator or microwave in which I had cold take out from the room changes that needed heated up. They moved my room again around 10:30pm at night. Finally when I got into the last room it also looked like it had not been cleaned as there was a lot of debris and food still on the floor/bathroom from the previous person staying there so I put on medical gloves and picked up the debris myself. I work in healthcare and had been up since 430am. I simply just wanted a clean, quiet stay to rest up and relax - this stay was far from that unfortunately. I have stayed and their sister location close by and had nothing but excellent experiences each time so I’m very surprised by the terrible experience here and even more so by the lack of customer experience involved. Upon checkout, I brought it up to both staff and they couldn’t have been more unphased to hear about my unpleasant experience. I do not think it’s fair to charge a guest for a stay like this, absolutely not and the other guests I spoke to the next morning about it even agreed that I should be refunded.

We a had a very nice stay, the staff was helpful and professional. Although our room felt old and or dirty. An example of this is the carpet made me feel as if I had to have socks or shoes on when walking around the room. And the furniture was so dingy looking we didn’t want to sit on them at least not without putting a towel down first. The best part of our visit was the breakfast buffet, but our room was a place to sleep and not a place to hang out. Location is the only reason I would choose to stay there and nothing else really. I wouldn’t say my room felt like the local sex hotel, but as mentioned before the furniture and floor looked and felt as if it was. Again the staff and amenities I.e. the BF buffet. Where really good

I was really upset with the staff who was helping during breakfast. She assumed I didn’t speak Spanish fluently but pretty much stated I made a mess after she had cleaned when you could clearly see it was from waffles and not a bagel. Couldn’t sleep last night as the person in other room was making a lot of noise like as if they were moving the room around. Overall expected more from this hotel as I’ve had better experiences in the past.

Overall good stay, high school athletes stayed the same night so noise was an issue, could hear slamming of doors and breakfast was busy but overall we just needed a place to sleep so it was fine.

Its an old hotel with some remodeled bathrooms. They have old window AC units. The doors slam all night long from fellow guests and do not gently close. The walls and ceiling are wafer thin. Parking is impossible if you have an SUV or truck. Tiny spaces. The area is frequented by noisy teenagers. Not a place to rest or prepare for business.

Everything would have been great if u was only able to take a decent shower… I look forward to a good hot refreshing shower as well as much as the clean fresh comfortable bed but there was no water pressure in the shower.. I could have done better with a wet wash cloth… that truly was disturbing

Front desk staff wasn’t friendly. At least a month in advance, I had requested 2 rooms together and we did not get that. I had also requested a crib and was told “if one is available.” We did have a pack & play delivered, but I didn’t appreciate not being guaranteed a crib when it was requested so long ago. The front desk staff was so unfriendly, i did not feel welcome. I travel a lot and have not experienced rude staff like this.
