Very disappointed, stayed here and the lady in the office issued a key to us,however the room was already occupied. Needless to say the situation was uncomfortable for all.

Clean & quiet every time
Mostly I just go there to shower n shave; but occasionally just to get away. Always clean and quiet and the staff are really nice. Plenty of towels, the water is always hot. The only thing that would make it perfect is if they let me bring my potty trained kitties. Over-all, it's my go to spot and i look forward to my next stay. Cool place to post up with a date too.

The guy who checked us in was nice enough to get us a room on the 1st floor since I had just gotten out of the hospital for an emergency c-section & visiting our newborn at Pomona Valley Hospital NICU.

Poor Tired Stay!
I’ve stayed at this Hotel before and never a problem. But this time around I was not happy at all. The heater wasn’t working, and as I was using the restroom a mouse tried to enter the restroom. I was very upset. It was very late so I made the best out of the night with the light on as I was not comfortable after seeing that mouse. Friendly staff, room was clean but not sure what happened this time around. It’s not cheap staying at any Hotel so no one should be having these kind of bad experience.

Overnight stay
Just an overnight stay to avoid a back and forth 2hr drive from Palmdale to Upland for a Sat morning Breast Cancer Awareness walk. Would have been nice to have had a coffee maker in the room. But overall, it was a nice place to stay for one night. One night only though.

Knock and wsit for a response before entering!
It was ok stay. The AC was extremely loud. There were people next door with vwry loud music late into the night. A service person entered our room without knocking as i was getting dressed. The stay was probably about what you'd expect for the price. It was clean, safe, and manageable for one night.

Room had a very musty smell. We can hear the upstairs guests every move. The ice machine was not working and the pool was locked not to mention the stains on our blankets.

Overall is OK. Score a 7 out of 10.
The Inn is OK. The room was clean. And the bed was comfortable. Which are up most important. The location is ok. The towel are getting pretty old so lost the freshness or softness of them. The bathroom fan was making grinding noise. The bearings was worn out. So it should be address. The staff was friendly overall. I think the rate was a little bit too high at around $140 including tax. I would say $110 total would be more appropriate for the accommodation.

Great spot for date night!
Was a little worried about the location and safety, however it was lit and quiet no issues. The room with jet tub was small but clean! Would stay here again on date night :)

Great experience
Check in was fast and friendly parking was safe and liked that there was a security on premises. Room was big nice clean and smelled clean. Towels were a bit cheap thin and not absorbent. Liked the microwave and frig on the room. Great water pressure but cheap toilet paper.

Nice place to stay. Saved me and my family when we needed a place to sleep and all hotels we would come across were booked and we managed to find 2 rooms here. My only issues were smell related. The sheets and towels in the room I was in had a very slight smell to it. Didn't smell dirty or bad but also didn't smell like they were cleaned. The 2nd room smelled of cigarettes. Not sure if it was the room itself or someone in the room over but it smelled like cigarettes the whole night. I'm sure if we called the front desk, they might have done something to resolve the smell, but it was bearable. Other than those couple smell issues, it's a good place if you need a last minute stay for the night.

Check was easy and courteous. I asked for an extra blanket and was provided one right away. I appreciated that. Room looked cleaned and neat. It was quiet. Did not hear any noise.
