"When we arrived at our room and walked in the beds were all disheveled, bathroom a mess and room was a mess. Got switched to another room, smelt like stale smoke when we walked in. Beds were uncomfortable with one pillow. When I took a shower it was warm at best. And for the price we paid because it was a graduation weekend makes it more infuriating. Never again!"
