The stuff is very courteous to the guest very helpful, my husband and I spend 12 days in the hotel whatever we needed like do laundry, order dinner in room service and morning breakfast and service stuff all help us out , my husband just got married in July 2023 we came to Okinawa Naha city for honeymoon we felt happy very comfortable stay in this property next year we coming again in Naha Japan , we thinking stay in this hotel again ! We like this hotel very much quite and clean and excellent service !

Clean, close to the airport, and convenient walking location to Family Mart/Lawson, and local malls. Staff was welcoming and friendly. Would love to stay here again if we are in Okinawa again!

A good choice overall
a bit off the centre but still very accessible. Bad weather prevented the use of the pool, also opening hours (due to Covid-19?) are extremely inconvenient for an outdoor pool (10.00am to 6pm) - just the time when you don't hang out in the hotel. staff was very friendly and helpful

Luxurious Hotel in the heart of Naha
Arrived late after 12:00 am and I was immediately helped by staff to unload our luggage. Our check in was so smooth, and quick ! I’d say I was checked in and in my room in less than 5 minutes. The room was amazingly luxurious ! And very clean, and quiet! The Views on the eighth floor were amazing as well. The hotel included a complimentary breakfast which was amazingly delicious! You can choose from two different restaurants, either Okinawan breakfast or Canadian style breakfast. Both restaurants were luxurious, clean, and the service Is impeccable!! We stayed for 4 days here so we tried them both. Thank you so much for a great relaxing Holiday at your hotel.

Fantastic Hotel near the City Centre
The service was fantastic and the butler service even before I arrived was very responsive to allow me to make use of the free shuttle service to their resort hotels in the North of the Island. The location is fantastic, near two monorail stations and a short walk to the international street.

Excellent Management, from the General Manager downwards. Staff very efficient, special mention to Watanabe-San in the Club Lounge. Club offerings generally of poor quality compared to rest of hotel.
