The grounds of this BW Plus are amazing, it even includes an actual dog park with big/little fenced areas. The rooms are a little tired but clean and functional. All staff interactions were great and the breakfast spread was better than expected

The room we stayed in had several repair issues. Front door was broken had to slam the door to open and close. Cold water faucet was broken. Main area light was detached from the ceiling. No hot water after showering 1 child. The room was not fully clean. Staff was nice and thoughtful.

Had a minor problem with a lack of soap for the shower and wasn't thrilled by the way my complaint was initially handled by the individual to whom I reported the problem the next morning, but the woman who checked me out indicated that she would take the necessary action to resolve my complaint and told me that she would provide a small cost reduction because of my concerns. Can't ask for more than that!

The pictures seemed to intentionally avoid that most of the rooms are exterior/balcony access. That being said, the facility is actually pretty nice with a pretty well built out walking area with multiple fire pits. The continental breakfast met low expectations, except for the fact that the coffee was pretty good.

The lady checking people in was very slow. She would talk with every guest making it even longer. There was a line of guests from the counter to the door and this gal just kept talking away to people about everything under the sun. Would have preferred more efficiency and less chatter

Did not like the fact my king size room had the bathroom vent dangling down in the bathroom, x2 metal screws lying on the desk, vent cover lying against the bathroom wall.. Felt with paying high price, the room should of been in all working conditions; not left with maintenance issues.

For as much as we paid to stay only one night I expected a little more quality. The pictures were what sold me on it. Upon arrival the outside area and the main lobby is stunning! But the room we stayed in was not as nice as it looked in pictures. The sink when turned on had a leak that would wrap around the counter as you brushed your teeth so we had to use a towel to not get wet. The ceiling of the bathroom was flaking away as was the paint on the door. The closet door was not moveable unless you wanted to hear a loud screech due to it not being on the hinges properly. All in all, it was a place to stay and that’s what we needed. But I would never pay as much as I did to stay here again.

The breakfast lounge is below our room and you cannot hear a thing. However the wall between the rooms appears to be a bit too thin. Need to enforce quiet hours after 10 pm.

The front entrance and staff were amazing! Breakfast and coffee were good. The enclosed dog park was a huge bonus. This hotel is very pet friendly. My only complaint was that it was SO loud. We got NO sleep for two nights. I don’t know if it was just our room location but we could hear the people on the top floor and people opening and closing doors all night. We left our trip completely exhausted from the lack of sleep. It may just be the location of the pet friendly rooms. Other than that, great hotel.

I had reserved two rooms. One for myself and one for my niece and husband. I was told at check they could pay for their own room at check since I had requested on the reservation- “pay at the hotel”. On check out I was charged for both rooms because I had booked thru Expedia. My niece had left for Florida early in the morning and they were told they couldn’t pay on their card.
So I got the news at check out that I was paying for both rooms for two nights. Thank you Expedia and hotel management!

Friendly check in, quiet room, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, waterfalls and ponds with fish food to purchase, fire pit, dog friendly, I’m so glad we stayed the night here!

This property should really post the ponds and waterfalls and the grounds altogether. When you pull up you think what have I done because of surrounding area but the the surprise in back of property it’s beautiful!!! The staff is nice and the rooms are a 7/10 bathrooms are tiny only complaint.
