I have no complaints about the condition of the property. Room was clean and I didn't see any repair issues. My biggest complaint is the customer service of the night clerk. We came down for a family Christmas party. My daughter ended up getting sick shortly after we arrived. When I went to grab a towel to clean up and help prevent more mess I noticed there was only two towels for four people. I sent my husband to the office to request two more towels and some trash bags. My husband explained to the night clerk that our daughter got sick, and we needed a couple more towels and some trash bags to try and clean up and not leave a mess. The night clerk refused and argued with my husband that we had enough towels. After explaining again the situation he gave my husband some trash bags and one extra towel. The morning manager was apologetic when I told him what happened, unfortunately the damage had been done and we won't be staying there in the future.
They collected a deposit from me and charged me $75 because my 3 month old peed on 1 sheet during the night. No way was it damaging to anything except 1 sheet and they werent goin to professionally clean it other then the washer machine. Dont trust them with your deposit cus they can swindle you for it

The room was clean and very spacious. Only complaint is me and my friend ordered door dash and one of the other motel guests took it from our door.

It is very near the freeway, near a nice family restaurant, near a Walmart store, nice hiking area, a Latter-day Saint temple, etc., and yet relatively low cost.

No kleenex, terrible pillows, dirty floors. It was not a nice area.

Wanted a place to rest on drive from Boise to Grand Junction. The motel was super easy access from I15 and right by a McD's and Denny's. I was given the ADA room. It was completely remodeled and looked great. Very nice. The exterior of the motel had been painted and clearly rooms were being renovated. Even though the motel is near the freeway, with the room fan on, it was quite restful.

I arrived, checked in, and left to visit with friends so didn’t get back to hotel until late. First the tv didn’t work so I tried calling the front desk but the phone didn’t work. So I called using my cell phone and thought someone was coming to fix the tv in 10 minutes but no one came. Then I realized the AC wasn’t working properly so the room was very hot, but I was already for bed and didn’t want to go through the hassle of getting dressed and moving to another room that might be exactly the same.

It's fine if you aren't looking for a relaxing comfortable stay. It is next to very busy areas and a stop for truckers. Old design and always had outside lights that shades couldn't remove.
I booked my stay at the hotel on the Expedia app and didn’t realize that since it was after midnight I guess , it automatically switched the booking dates to the next day so I went through and paid. Then discovered what had happened. I was very upset because we were. Very tired and needed to sleep. After talking to the clerk, she got us a room and I made it so I did not lose any money! She did not have to do this. It was very nice of her Now I saw that Expedia wrote in their effort to help me when I told them about what I did, stated that part of the reason I asked for a refund was because they were rude! Not the case and not right. I never said that and I do not want this to cause her any trouble. Also I asked that they cancel the refund request.
