Doesn’t cost a fortune. It’s close to the boardwalk. The rooms are cute and parking is easy. It’s everything a OC hotel should be! It’s not a luxurious palace but that’s the point!

The room was decent for the price paid, said a hair dryer came with the room so I left mine home I got there surprise hair dryer! I requested bottom floor did not get that! Lightbulbs inside the room did not work which was fun. Also to have a two bed room apartment with one parking pass is ridiculous!

The first room they gave us was filthy. Beds not made. Sand in shower. The next room the one mattress needed replaced.

The property was great if you're just looking for a place close to the boardwalk! The location was a pebbles throw from the boardwalk & beach, and second floor rooms shared an outdoor patio with tables. There is a parking lot at the hotel, and you are given one parking pass per room. The kitchen had 0 utensils. No bowls/plates/cups/silverware, or paper towels. The hotel staff was not very helpful, but everything you could need is within a walking distance

As they say. You get what you pay for. The staff was very nice for sure. The room was clean. But it was on the 3rd floor and no elevator. It’s one of the older properties in OCMD so I wasn’t expecting it to be great. But having to carry our luggage so far up was very tiring lol. We had no cups but did have a coffee maker. It rained the whole weekend too so we were kinda stuck in the room a good bit. But made the best of it.

Old hotels needs some TLC
The old hotel needs a lot of updates and cleaning. There was black mold in a bathroom. And having a sink outside of the bathroom seems very dated.

We stayed there Aug 20th to the 23rd. The two young women at the check in desk were very friendly, helpful and kind. The hotel was very quaint it reminded me of a B & B but without the breakfast. It was close to the boardwalk. Room was nice and clean. Pool that was advertised was not on location but at a sister hotel a block away which wasnt so bad to walk over there. All in all it was a nice place to stay.

Liked the walking distance to the beach and boardwalk. The rooms were small but OK, beds neat and clean. we did't mind that the pool was in another hotel, because we liked pool side bar and grill. I did't like that important things to me were missing in me and my daughter's room like light bulbs in lamp, cups for coffee pot. things were, stained worn or broke. Property poor but neat.

The door was broke in the room didn’t shut right. Room was so tiny and dirty. Tv didn’t work. Shower leaked. Never cleaned the room once while we were there we had to ask for towels. They was sand and dirty in the bed. The railing on the third floor was broken and someone could have gotten cut. The refrigerator in the room didn’t keep anything cold. When we showed up they said the room still wasn’t ready that they would call us. Never called me had to go back in and ask. Worst place every. Not worth your money.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOLE
This was a TERRIBLE place!! I ignored the bad reviews as there were some good ones and like everyone else I wanted a cheap option near the boardwalk. But with that we didn’t get what we paid for. We got there two hours after check in and the room was some how still not ready. We were patient and went to dinner an hour and a half later the room is still not ready. We went back to the lobby and the front desk didn’t have an update. I had to insist he ask someone and they didn’t even know we needed a room, then he said 10 minutes. The room was on the third floor no elevator which was on the site but the stairs were old wooden and looked/felt broken down with nails falling out. The bathroom is gross, peeling paint and hair in it. Water was either freezing or boiling no middle ground. The room had 3 light switches one to turn on the AC (didn’t blow cold air) one to turned on microwave and fridge. And one for the mirror light. I felt the hotel sites were misleading as the pool was at a different location a block away. Some high lights of the night were refusing to bathe my daughter in the constant dripping dirty tub and instead getting sand off her in the sink, the stained blankets and sheets on the floor as it was too hot with the temperature on the AC on high. This was the middle of the night my toddler covered in heat rash, and us so fed up we almost left at 2am. Nice location but bad place that had little concern for our stay and even worse maintenance.
