On the day of my arrival less than 5 hours before my check in, I received a call, not from the hotel itself but, rather a call center indicating that my reservation has been replaced or move to other hotel due to their “customers time share”. I booked this hotel and paid in full 8 month prior to my arrival but at the last minute I was told my reservation has been replace. They gave me the choice of taking the replacement or cancel the reservation. What other choice do I have when I’m already on my way and had reserved/planed my stay for 6 nights. I did not receive no email confirming these changes or agreed to any of this and I had to ask them to email it to me. And had to call the actual hotel to confirm if this was really happening. This was really inconvenient and unprofessional with business. I had always stayed with Wyndham due to their best customer service and how professional the hotel is handle. But this experience however has me puzzled, unsettling and that I was not as an important like their “time share customer”. I will be bringing my business elsewhere.
