On the day of my arrival less than 5 hours before my check in, I received a call, not from the hotel itself but, rather a call center indicating that my reservation has been replaced or move to other hotel due to their “customers time share”. I booked this hotel and paid in full 8 month prior to my arrival but at the last minute I was told my reservation has been replace. They gave me the choice of taking the replacement or cancel the reservation. What other choice do I have when I’m already on my way and had reserved/planed my stay for 6 nights. I did not receive no email confirming these changes or agreed to any of this and I had to ask them to email it to me. And had to call the actual hotel to confirm if this was really happening. This was really inconvenient and unprofessional with business. I had always stayed with Wyndham due to their best customer service and how professional the hotel is handle. But this experience however has me puzzled, unsettling and that I was not as an important like their “time share customer”. I will be bringing my business elsewhere.

The property was lovely, clean, accomdated all of our needs. The staff was most gracious...all the staff. I do wish check-in could be earlier than 4pm cuz it doesnt leave much room to be on time for 445 dinner reservations.Being from Texas, I didnt feel the AC was able to keep the room temp cool enough, however I would certainly visit this property again and recommend, mostly because the staff and location.

Great stay-awesome check-in at 6:30 am-got a pass key for media room, washrooms, a garden & work out room and valet checked our luggage. Went for a walk and breakfast and got our room at 9:30 am for a full check in. All this after a 10 hour flight from Sydney, Australia!

The staff is amazing. They're so friendly and warm. I also loved having laundry on site! The parking is tough at $38 per night. A parking ticket is $35 😹 . We found some free parking nearby but there are parking rules. There isnt daily room service, but they provide extra towels and linens if you ask the front desk. I had such a great stay. The property is walking distance from Waikiki Beach and the shopping strip. I would definitely stay here again!!

Great hotel and location for the money
I originally booked another hotel for this trip but this deal came up in the app and this hotel is also an RCI affiliate property so I figured I’d take advantage of the huge discount and location as well as seeing if this is where I want to use my rci points next trip to hawaii and I wasn’t disappointed. Staff really makes guests feel royal at this location! 10 min walk to the beach and the amenities are awesome and no resort fee was a plus as well. I’d definitely stay here again!

Property was within reasonable walking distance of most activities. It’s conveniently located to bus stops, as well as a Biki right by the property. There is an ABC store less than a block away if you need something simple. The biggest problem was no on-site eating and we didn’t see any vending machines. The pool was small, but we weren’t really there for the pool, as ocean and beach were the plan. The staff was very friendly. I didn’t need to use most of the amenities, as most of the vacation was planned. The Zen Garden was nice, it wasn’t busy when we used it. The area around the property wasn’t bad, a couple of the buildings look run down, but it was quiet and we didn’t really have any issues with noise. Like any city you will hear occasional sirens, but any place here will have that.

This was a wonderful place to stay near but not on the regular tourist area in Waikiki. The amenities in the rooms were great: microwave, kitchen sink, fridge, toaster, big coffeemaker. The room was clean & products were all nice. I was really happy with this stay & I hope to go back!
