Staff was not pleasant. I asked for late check out and she said it would be $$20 for an additional hour, when I said never mind she said I could stay half an hour more for free. The included breakfast is VERY limited! I would not stay here ever again. Gym wasn’t working and I wouldn’t call that a gym. This location shouldn’t even be in Expedia, it is horrible.

The bathroom floor was spongy with a pit/crater in the middle. There were loose tiles, one of which had wet caulking. The room also had a strange smell, and the air exchanger did nothing to change it... We are not sure where it was coming from.

Dead bugs in the lights. The door handle broke off the bathroom door and the shower head didn't work, water exploded all over the bathroom. There were bugs on the ceiling every night and the door to the room didn't close. The key card stopped working everyday. The elevator didn't work right.

Registered at this hotel due to its advertised gym facility however most of the gym was broken and nonfunctional. If you are looking for a cheap crash pad then this place may do the trick but if you are interested in a nice plac, probably best to go elsewhere.

One word - sketchy. Very old furniture, crummy paint job, poor quality repairs - but at least it was clean. Carb fest for breakfast - no eggs, fruit or protein. It was tolerable for the reasonable price but were glad to check out after two nights. There's a much newer looking La Quinta just down the road.

The young woman checking us in was the ONLY positive to our experience here. I have to add something very important about traveling and ratings. Many people would overlook, the tiredness and unkept properties of many of their stays IF a SMILE is added to your stay!! The man at the counter this morning was the most negative of the hotel. Not welcoming,no smile, no good morning, no how was your stay. NOTHING. THE bed was comfortable but sounded like gas when you sat down or rolled over in it. The bathroom is very tired with huge patches of putty trying to cover up the holes.( no painting over it either.) If you need a One night stay. Its "okay" but you get nothing but your bed.

The hotel needs a serious makeover. The room smells as if it were a smoking room. They have a sign up at the front seat that says you will have your room attended to for at least 3 days and you need to tell them a day in advance if your room requires servicing. Also at check in they want to you to put a $250.00 hold for incidentals. The front seat agent can’t hardly speak English and overall a crap experience. Will not book again

Rude Staff
Front desk at check-in rude/ gave me a room that smell of feces. Lady came in a just spray air freshener. Still linger asked her if i can change rooms? Said they all are like that. (smell). Cereal taste old was not happy with the check out either. I will not stay there ever.

Dirty hotel and Nesta customer service
Frond desk employee was very rude. When was getting inside the hotel I saw front desk employee was smoking in front of the gate. I was waiting for him to check in. Also, This hotel is very old and dirty. I found cockroach inside the room. I strongly don’t recommend anyone to stay in this hotel.
