Good price, close to rail link to get into Nice
Villeneuve Loubet is a short train journey outside Nice, pleasant enough, not a ‘resort’ (which is good!) I wouldn’t have been so keen to stay here on my own as it’s a way out of town, but a great budget stay for the two of us!

Terrible WiFi
Stayed a few days as a home base to go to Nice, Cannes, and Monaco. Location was good and the suites were very large. But to get good WiFi you had to go to the lobby. When asking the staff they suggested trying a different room number in the password but the router is still the same distance away. No offer for a closer room to the router or any real fix at all. If you don't need WiFi then it may work for you..

Pictures were decieving
Booked this hotel to keep from the high expense of a Nice hotel, however looking back this hotel is still overpriced for what you get. Parking is free but hard accessibility and getting in and out of parking or hotel lot is difficult. Upside was that the hotel and parking was in a gated community which seemed quite comforting based on the area the hotel is located in. Staff were rude about 90% of the time we stayed. Cheap breakfast but you also get what you pay for. Room had a feeling of uncleanliness, a lot of broken elements throughout, and bed was uncomfortable. They are stingy with the towels as well, and only replace once per day. They do not give you towels for the pool. Pictures make the hotel experience look much better than it actually was. Only perk was the roof top pool which was okay at best.

Dated hotel in need of a update
When we arrived we where informed the air conditioning was not working in the room and that it may be fixed the next day. it soon became obvious the air con had been broken for a while and was not going to be fixed. The did give us free breakfast but in 35 deg heat I would have preferred the air con. I had to give a credit card deposit to get access to the dishes and cutlery which were in locked cupboards in the room. So we had a a small kitchen but until I paid the deposit no utensils. The fridge was useless.

Nice staff, pool, breakfast, but very dated
The stuff was very helpful and tried their best to resolve the issues, by offering free breakfast, no charge for kitchen and garage. The rooftop pool with panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the mountains was great. The breakfast when we had it was very good. It was very secure and only 15 min walk from beach. The family room for 5-6 though was not very comfortable. It had 2 rooms, which would be great, if the smaller one had a window and wasn't so stuffy with some funny cat's smell. The other room was less stuffy, but still didn't feel fresh. One bed was very old. A/C was very sluggish, took a long time, microwave overheated, its top surface became really hot, but it would barely warm up the food. The rooms were super dated. When we walked barefoot on floors, our feet became black. It's just needs a renovation and good maintenance! The area was not so inspiring, but very safe (hotel was extra secure). The beach was the highlight, really nice, betterthan the one in Nice. Supermarket and some food places were in the walking distance. If you like to play pool, they had a table in the lobby, and a gym (didn't use, so don't know the condition).

Not worth your money. 1 star hotel
Completely false advertisement. This is more like a 1 star hotel. It was dirty, smelled of heavy cigarette smoke all through the night, and AC unit wasn't even working. Location was like the ghetto. The only positive thing was a large space but not worth the stay. I rather cram in one tiny space with my family of 5 than book this hotel again. I couldn't wait to get outta this place by crack of dawn! Oh and wifi suck!

Nice enough. On arrival though we found that our room had a used towel and unmade bed. Had to wait until the next day for house keeping. We were offered another room but we didn't have time to move around as we'd arrived late.

A little hard to fine. It's set back from the main road a bit, and the sign doesn't say "Inter-hotel" Seaside Park. It's [something else] Seaside Park. The front desk staff was great, spoke English well. Room was just so-so, and it's right next to some apartments, so there are noises at night. WiFi was completely inoperable. So slow that just over the air 3G worked better. Don't advertise wifi if it's not usable. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the train station with trains that go to Nice, Cannes, Antibes, etc.

Self-catering apartment in secure gated location
We wanted to replicate our caravan experience - lots of space, pool, self-catering, easy-parking - and this did the trick. Fantastic views from the roof-top pool area - we were there in April, so the pool was cold, but it didn't stop us swimming! We had the buffet breakfast on the first day - typical fare - bread, pastries, cheese, ham, yoghurts, fruit juice, nutella, choice of hot drinks. Relatively expensive, but worth it for the convenience on day 1. Easy check-in, safe and secure underground car park (useful in high summer). A short walk to a big supermarket and various other little outlets. All in all, we had a great time. Our apartment was large - one double bed in the separate bedroom, another double in an alcove, and a third double sofa bed made up in front of the TV, which we and our daughters used to lounge around on. Kitchenette not that well stocked - no plates or cutlery or cooking utensils, but we bought some relatively cheap disposable things at the huge Geant supermarket in Antibes. Micowave / grill oven and double hob, plus dishwasher and fridge gave us all we needed. A great base from which to explore the whole Riviera. Also handy train station at Villeneuve Loubet, for trains to Italy/Monace or Cannes/Nice (or further afield).

Good base for driving around exploring Cote d'azur
On our 5-night stay we mostly had the hotel as a basecamp. The pool on top of the building is really nice, though not heated so we could not use it this time. Parking underground, perfect. The beds were a bit hard, but the personnel was really helpful and good. If you have a car this is a good spot to stay as it is close to many sights worth seeing. It is also close to some good breakfast possibilities - boulangeries & patisseries.

This hotel had a great location for further travel but the immediate surrounding area was very run down. As a mother staying and traveling with children we had to be back before sunset each evening. One evening receptionist was very helpful others just couldn't be bothered to help out. Lots of guests were complaining of lack of service in the breakfast room and for overcharges. Check your receipt carefully !

Poor value for money
Even though this is apartment provision, there is no initial welcoming pack of coffee which is basic for today's hospitality facility. When I first arrived, there was only enough toilet paper for one use. When I requested for it, I was told to buy it myself. After arguing with the desk staff, she finally gave me a new cheapest toilet roll. In addition, the beddings provided are stained and I am not sure if they are clean or not. The bed itself seems past it's sell by date, and table, chairs and cupboards are old and not stable. The shower is not fixed to the wall so we have to hold the shower head with one hand while showering. There is no fire precaution warnings in the room. My 3 days stay there was nightmare and in my opinion, it is not worth a penny, and tourist board should not allow this establishment to continue to trade.

Nice hotel hidden away but close enough to main facilities - 5 minutes to supermarket, 10 minutes to train station, 20 minutes to Marineland, 20 minutes to marina complex with restaurants. Clean, cheap hotel, near beach and restaurants
I'd really recommend this hotel for a reasonably priced holiday in a great low-key, relaxing area. I shared a room with two friends for just three nights. We went for the self-catered option and saved a decent amount of money by not having housekeeping. Cost was very reasonable for a clean, spacious room with well equipped kitchenette, two double beds and large balcony. Staff were very helpful, ordered a taxi for our departure. Roof top pool was decent and clean. Hotel was in good location, walking distance from a good pebbly beach, restaurants, bars, the marina and the train station from which you can get to Nice, Cannes, and Antibes cheaply.

Spacious, inexpensive, suitable for larger familie
This hotel on the outskirts of Nice was very conveniently located and quite nice for the price. We are a family of five, and it is difficult to find hotel rooms in Europe large enough for us. I was very satisfied with our suite, which was comfortably large and had rather nice facilities, and also a nice balcony with an ocean view. The man at the front desk was exceedingly helpful and spoke excellent English--very good service.

Good value for the money .
The hotel is located in an industrial but quiet area, less than 10 minutes away from train station and supermarket. The rooms are clean and large but do not expect anything beyond bare minimum. The internet connection is slow with frequent interruptions while the cable is basic. It was the first hotel without electronic door locks I've encountered in quite a while! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. A cab ride to the airport will set you back close to 50 euros since they have to call the taxi from another/remote location. I loved the pool and the panoramic view of the Alps and Mediterranean Sea .

Monaco Grand Prix Weekend
We stayed at the Seaside Park for the weekend as we had tickets to watch the grand Prix. On first impressions we thought we had booked into hostel however was pleasantly suprised at our room. Two double bed a kitchenette area with fridge hob and microwave and a dishwasher? There are breakfast facilities in the hotel but that's your lot. No bar but there is a supermarket down the road. Roof terrace was lovely and hot! Best feature of the hotel. Cheap and cheerful for a quick get away in France. Nice not far and train station also a stones throw away. Overall happy with hotel and would go back next year!

Comfortable but not the best
A bit difficult to find. There were some signs posted before roundabouts, but not all. The room was not the best quality but comfortable--2 double beds and one queen. Neighborhood was okay. There's a supermarche down the street and a bit further on the other side of the street is a bakery with some of the best pain au chocolat and croissants we've ever had.

Two young ladies at reception were reasonably friendly, but the young man was extremely RUDE. Room was uncomfortable and looked through a very broken, taped up window. Definitely not a 3-Star Hotel
The location of the hotel is quite good, as long as you have a car - it's close to some great cafe's and a supermarket. The hotel itself, including the rooms, was very rundown and tired - the fridge and stove did not work, the room smelt like mould and smoke, and the kitchen was oddly stocked (no plates, only bowls; no cutlery, but 2 colanders). The reception staff were unhelpful and rude at times. Definitely not a 3-star hotel.

Excellent if you don't want fuss
We stayed in a studio apartment which we were really happy with. We opted out of the breakfast and instead enjoyed fresh croissants from the local boulangerie, 2 minutes walk away. There is not much else available by way of local shops, but we did find a supermarche in the harbour (15 mins walk) which suited us. We were absolutely delighted with the views from the rooftop swimming pool, and found that we had it to ourselves on the couple of occasions we went there. It occurred to us that we hadn't actually come across any other British guests, so perhaps the French have other interests. And that's another big plus actually, the absence of my fellow countrymen making a nuisance of themselves. With regard to travel, the hotel is pretty much in the middle of nowhere interesting, so expect to get a train or bus. The train station is 5-10 minutes walk away and takes you to both Nice or Cannes for about €7 return. We even chanced the bus on our last day as the hotel staff had advised that the number 200 would take us directly the the airport. Sadly we ended up waiting 45 minutes, as opposed to the 15 minutes on the timetable, however €1.50 each seemed like pence compared to the €46 paid to the cabbie from airport to hotel (daylight robbery!) The room was nothing fancy, but it was clean (although a kettle would have been nice). We only ever saw 1 member of staff (reception) and they were always more that happy to help. Perfectly good if you keep yourself to yourself.

Looks great on photo... but in fact away from beach, lost behind a garage in a commercial zone. We had there an awful experience: Upon arrival internet was out....we were supposed to stay 4 days and they told us there was no hope to get it. In fact I Wonder it has ever worked.... TV was not working; we asked twice for repair (easy one just needed to replace the battery of remote control) but nobody took care! Sheet and mattresses looked clean... but my friend was scratching her body in the morning Terrible experience... even though we were supposed to stay 4 days we left after 2! Even for this reasonable price there is much better around!!!

Good option for a low budget travelling
If you stay in this hotel on a vacation - you better have a car. The way to the sea is cut by a railroad. So it's about 2km way to the sea. Free parking is good, closed territory. Fabulous view from the pool area on a rooftop. Pool is cool :) Room service is fine. Everything is basically fine but not more than that. very good price/quality.

Gr8 for budget travels! Not gr8 for luxury seekers
Not Luxurious or opulent, but if you want a good clean base to explore the French Riveria on a budget, then this hotel is ideal. My advice would be to bring a bowl, plate, mug and cutlery per person if you plan to stay and self-cater as they will expect 16 Euros a day to use the plates, pots, pans cutlery etc. But you are free to use the fridge and microwave, so armed with your supplies and the local supermarket to hand you can avoid this. Also, breakfast is served at the extortionate sum of 10 euros per person per day. Fine if you're staying 1 or 2 nights, but we stayed 10 and that would have totaled an extra 200 Euros between us. Therefore, cereal, milk and brioche from the local supermarket was more than adequate. Also, there is no kettle in the room but I got round this by microwaving the water in a mug for instant coffee.

Nice hotel, bad location
The hotel itself was nice. The staff were helpful and the room was a very nice size. The only real issues I had were the price of breakfast (10 euros with so little available), and the state of the area it was in. It was surrounded by what looked like a run-down industrial estate, and you have to walk/drive up a smelly dirt road (that's hard to locate in the first place if you're on foot). I'd stay there again, but only because of how convenient it made getting to and from the places I wanted to visit there.
