room was large enough for a single but dismal looking inside, particularly when compared to nearby AMMI Lafayette. Elevator and stair situation poor, hotel signage situation outside horrible. Mini kitchen amenities not nearly as good as AMMI Lafayette except refrigerator, which was decent size. Need shelf for soap dispenser in shower, provide more coffee pods, bigger table or counter space needed.

Great location for Nice trip

We were a party of 6 and booked 2 rooms for our stay at this property. This is an older apartment building converted in to a hotel which is a very common thing in Europe. The location of this property is amazing! Its literally a block from the beach, on a walking only street that has a LOT of great restaurants, cafes and shopping right there. We loved the convenience! Since this is a older building, the elevator is tiny and on middle of the floors. One of our rooms was very spacious and well setup but the other room was tiny, we had 3 people in each rooms, the 2nd room had barely any place to walk after the 3rd pull out bed was opened. We did pay the same for both our rooms. Might be because of how they were made from older apartments, so something to communicate with them early if possible. The front staff was helpful and helped with checkin after hours. The reception stays open from 7 AM to 8PM so if you are checking in outside this window make sure to communicate with them, they were very responsive.

Nice but not 4 star

Great location but marred by old disused scaffolding outside the window. Stayed in one bedroom apartment next to the hotel and it was far too expensive for the quality of the place. In need of maintenance eg lock and handle in bathroom fell off. This was not a four star hotel.

Initial experience when we arrive was not good. I was called and asked if we were arriving before or after 8:30 and i said after. The person checking us in was not very friendly or happy as it looked like she had to wait for us to arrive and was not very helpful with showing us the apartment. Then the worst experience was that there were cockroaches seen in the bedroom and in the kitchen. I would not recommend this aparthotel to anyone.

They really care about your experience here, the staff went above and beyond any care I’ve received from a hotel. The rooms were nicely updated, and it was very clean. The only thing was it was a bit difficult to find because it’s on the third floor and there are only small signs outside, but well worth it. I would definitely stay here again
