Great hotel with friendly staff, had an amazing stay and loved how close it was to all the restaurants and attractions while still being far away enough so that there wasn't constant noise. The on-site laundry and microwave in the room were super useful!

By the time we arrived - 5pm the rooms had not yet been made Later, when we got back into the room, there were used towels in the floor, we were not sure if the sheets had been changed and the washroom was clearly not cleaned

Staff & service: I forgot to check her name. She was the same (big and tall) lady who happened to check me in and out at the front desk. Her attitude was matter-of-fact and made me feel unwelcome. All staff served in the breakfast room are nice, helpful, and friendly. Cleanliness: My room was not very clean; White tissue crumbs were behind the entry door, and finger marks were shown on the dark wooden desk. Somehow, they cleaned my room a day before I checked out. I think it was not worth the effort.

For the price this is a good hotel. Free breakfast included was good. We expected to only get continental breakfast but they had a buffet with many choices both hot and cold. Small walk to Clifton hill area

Overall experience was great. Staff friendly and informative. Parking was close and secure. Rooms were spacious and clean. Not much of a view but you’re not booking this location for the view. You’re booking for the location. Continental breakfast was plentiful and microwave and fridge in the room was welcomed. Will book this location again.
