My stay at the Hyatt was honestly horrible. I am very disappointed. The sink in my room was completely clogged and out of service. The hotel also ran out of cleansing gel so there was no body wash available. I am disgusted but I would love to visit the area again and I wish I loved my stay because the Hyatt is so close to the falls.
Check in and check out was easy and quick. The staff were friendly, every thing was clean. The Placery’s options for dinner were good, breakfast was ok. I would stay here again

The staff were not friendly at all. We arrived and wanted to go and see the Niagara Falls lit up. There where two staff members at the front desk talking and on the their cell phones and where not interested at all in answering our questions about how to get to the Niagara Falls. When we checked out I ask if we need to check out.. the girl did not even look up from her computer she just said ‘no’. Hallways smelled very musty. Beds slept great and room was spacious.
The hotel was very close to the park and falls, the only thing I didn’t like was the parking. The parking garage was not full but the building wasn’t the best and were a little creepy. The elevators barely worked!

The desk staff and the kitchen staff are very rude and unprofessional. They are always distracted with their phones and even eat behind the front desk and out in the open.

The location is great for walking to American Falls or to goat Island to see Horseshoe Falls. The included breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff was very personable and professional.
Hotel exceeded expectations! Was a short walk to so many shops, waterfall, food, and much more. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back again!
The hotel is great, people at the front desk is kind and respectful. But Harmony, the bar tender is misplaced, her attitude is terrible, the only word I can use is nasty. Hopefully the hotel train her in customer service, emotional intelligence and specially values as respect.

Amazingly close to Niagra State Park. Everything is within walking distance. The staff were extremely helpful with directions and helpful ideas to better enjoy our time here. The pool was WARM! So nice. Breakfast was better than a restaurant! I also love the later check out time, so nice not to have to rush out the door.
