When I tried to book my hotel at the comfort inn I checked for available rooms for that night, and for some reason it said there were no no rooms available for the hotel I needed. When this happened, I decided to check Expedia.apparently somehow I selected a hotel in another country. When I arrived at the counter at Comfort inn that I needed in my neighborhood for one night. The clerk at the hotel told me they don’t see a reservation. I gave her my reservation number she looked it up and at that time she told me where this hotel is in 40 Erie in Ontario.

The property was extremely difficult to find. I could see the top of the hotel, but was unable to find the road to get to it. There were a lot of people in the lobby and they were very noisy. The staff relocated me to a quiet room and the room was extremely clean, with lovely sheets and towels. I would definitely stay there again, now that I know how to find it!

Due to a winter storm, we found ourselves needing a place to stay overnight. Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was less than satisfactory. Initially, we were assigned the wrong room, which was cluttered with luggage and clothing. When we eventually received the correct room, it was far from clean, with the surprising discovery of a spider web in the tub. Although our stay was a matter of circumstance, we are certain not to return to this hotel in the future.

The hotel was fine, with all areas clean and functional. The only two minor complaints I have are 1) The hotel location is not great, being located at the end of a dead end street in what appears to be a residential neighbourhood. 2) We had to wait for 5-10 minutes for someone to check us in because they had stepped away from the front desk when we arrived. Again, it’s a pretty standard place with nothing significantly positive or negative.

Liked the clean hotel, nice lobby. two of the staff at the desk were good, the third who stated she was showing up late for her night shift, let out a huge loud belch at the front desk, very inappropriate, and rude. quite disgusting actually. over all the room was nice and clean. hotel was quiet.
