Great hotel, well equipped with a kettle (for UK tea drinkers). Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Good breakfast included. Highly recommended!

We have stayed here before and loved it, it’s why we came back. This last stay was a bit disappointing, room and hallways had odd smells. Elevator was not working and lots of garbage in the hallways ( not the staff’s fault) but guests kept putting food garbage in hallways.

Great overnight stay
Overnight stay. Clean and nicely located hotel. Nice bar and restaurant (a bit pricey). Good breakfast in the morning. Overall a great stay.

The rooms were clean and spacious. The day staff was awesome; the night clerk less than engaged. Breakfast eggs and potatoes were kinda gross (microwaved) and bagels were stale. Our last night was very, very noisy with new guests who were slamming doors and walking the halls all night.

The location was perfect as it is so close to New York City. With spacious room and quiet surroundings, we were amiably received by the hotel staff who were so nice and efficient. Surely recommend it.

The room was very clean, staff was extremely polite. I also found the location to be excellent for a morning walk. It was very quiet. My only recommendation is to offer more fruit (not just apples) and a better yogurt with the breakfast. I did not try the hot breakfast as I needed to grab something and go.

Property was quiet and clean. Bathroom sink didn’t drain well. Once we reported it to management, they fixed the issue in a timely fashion.

I have stayed at The Hub Murray Hill 2 times. Both times have been great! The hotel is clean, quiet and has amenities. Its location is perfect for my needs while I’m there. I will continue to stay there when I’m in NJ.
