You have got to be kidding me! This hotel is permanently closed!! Hotels.com is well aware of this as I called from the vacant parking lot when we arrived! These pictures are very outdated - I am shocked to even get this survey sent to me! WTH is wrong with you all?

The hotel was absolutely the filthiest hotel we have every stayed in. n Walking across the room in my white sock made the bottoms totally black. No pool - closed no dining - closed no breakfast The hotel staff was uninvolved at best Should have known at check-in when a checkout couple was complaining about so many issues. Transportation to the airport was OK Bathroom was disgusting We regularly stay at Wyndom hotels and this was an anomaly but in Newark - stay somewhere/anywhere else!

I needed a place for the night due to a flight cancellation and this was the closest thing to the airport by a reputable company (Wyndham) that was available. I can't believe the Wyndham name was associated. There were warning signs about Constuction (please pardon our mess during upgrades), but there was more going on than that. The room was hot because for some reason the heat was on, there were no towels in the restroom, when I called the desk there was no answer, when I walked downstairs to the desk there were no guests just staff talking and the one to actually help me was the shuttle bus driver, I got back upstairs to find out that the shower didn't work anyway so I used the paper cup to rinse off because between the flight issues and then this, I ws just over the day altogether,

Do not stay here. Dump in dicey area. Hard to get
Only positive is my room was clean & relatively nice, working AC ,TV, shower. No services within hotel & not walkable to any food etc. It is allegedly in the process of renovation which may help but now its a wreck in an industrial bad area. Also got No so assistance from Hotels.com ! Probably will drop my acct asap. Shuttle never drove by on the airport pick up. No one answers phone & state that the listing was incorrect

The only advantage is that its near the airport. The rooms are not really clean. (Carpet, bathroom, etc) No AC in the elevators, no ice in the machine, and they don't provive free breakfast. I won't stay in there anymore. Stay away from this place!

The propert is not as pictured, there is no vending machine oy a store within the property with way ovwr priced items that closes at night. My room as well as my friends room had flys in it where they came from is beyond me since there is no windows. The wall paper is peeling, our showr curtain was stained, our head board had hand prints. The lobby and hall ways have no air conditioning and parking at night is basically make a spot or park aomewhere else and walk the freeway to the hotel.

Ac was blowing hot air where the temp outside was 100 no fridge only 1 outlets for us to charge our phones which had 4 occupants..bathroom ceiling was moldy room smelled like a cheap motel chipped paint in the hallways it was just a horrible experience that i legit stood 20 min and had to find another hotel in the area..nice staff tho which understood I had a child with epilepsy and reversed my money..

The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We waited at the airport for a shuttle that is supposed to run every 1/2 hr (on the hr and 1/2 hr) for 2 hrs before one got there. We tried calling the hotel 15 times and couldn't get an answer....really?!? What hotel doesn't answer their phone..not once, twice, but 15 damn times. For as helpful and friendly as the front desk is, I don't know if they have control of the phones, but something needs to be done. That is very unprofessional. Also, why did we wait at the hotel for that long for a shuttle ...what was that shuttle driver doing? That was unacceptable.

The hotel is under reservations and there were none of the advertised amenities available. It did state that the hotel restaurant would be closed for remodeling. It did not inform patrons ahead of time that there would be no pool, no ice machine, no vending machines. There was mold spots on the bottom of shower curtain. There were stains all over the rug in room. The window screen was ripped and hanging. It was very disappointing.

came in on a Friday to be greeted by ladies of the night passed out at the hotel. They are doing some renovations to the hotel. But the room AC was not working properly for some reason there was tons of flies in the room. I called for some information to the front desk and nobody answered. They were so overwhelmed at the front desk but very friendly under the circumstances. Wish they would put a charging station for electric cars.

Room was clean but the hallway was dirty with holes in wall, some carpet coming off etc. someone was drilling something at late night while I was trying to get some sleep. Convenience store guy was flat out rude even though I was the only customer at a time. Talked to me in Gujarati which I don’t understand. Not all Indians are Gujaratis. Never again going to this location.

I will never stay here again. The pictures DO NOT match what this property looks like in person. Dirty, no updates to the rooms, everything looks old, terrible smell in the hallway, scary people roaming the hallways, doors that barley close shut. Did not feel safe at all. Staff at the front desk were not friendly. No shuttle to airport. Do not waste your money here! It does not even deserve a single star.
