Really liked the location of this property. There's a ton of shopping and restaurants within walking distance, including some notable places like the Strand bookstore, Katz, and Vesekla. It was also safe to walk at night. I appreciated that the room service had vegan options for breakfast and there was a restaurant on site to grab food/drinks and charge to the room. Its definitely a younger, hip, vibey hotel. The whole place was really clean and the mini bar was stocked with anything you could need from edible stuff to convenience items. I appreciated the free bottled water, too. The view from my standard room was beautiful and the water in the shower was high pressure. The rooms had big umbrellas to use which definitely came in handy. Overall, it was a great stay!

Great hotel for the price. Rooms and bathrooms are small but they do the very best with the space they have. Restaurant was nice and service warm and helpful.

My home away from home in NYC. The staff is always friendly and attentive, the location is in the middle of everything but still manages to feel peaceful and quiet amid the city energy. The rooms are definitely small but they’re comfortable and have all the necessities for a long or short stay. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

Very cool property, but some things are so cool they are nonfunctional. Garbage cans are cool, but unless it’s a round relatively small object it won’t fit in the can. Bathtub is cool, but with nothing to hang on to, getting in and out is treacherous. We weren’t given the VIP perks we were expecting.

It's alright, rooms are very small but it is in Manhattan. Some staff were kind others were not. Photos were not at all consistent with the room I booked.

Really good value hotel in the East Village. We had a 6th floor corner room which had decent views (albeit some dirty windows). Room size wasn't large (it's NYC) but adequate. Location is great, definitely a great property for the price - would definitely stay again.

The hotel went above and beyond to make your anniversary celebration special. The quick check-in, complimentary upgrade, and attentive follow-up are all signs of excellent customer service. The personal touch of checking in on your needs and being friendly adds a warmth to the experience. Will be returning to this hotel next time due to the great customer service. Shout out to the team that made my stay wonderful. Will show everyone pictures and recommendations Tips: park at the hotel $40. You have to run in and get the parking tag and parking lot is only 5 mins aways by walk or driving.

Unbeatable Location for both villages and soho. Wonderful building design - rooms have a unique view of manhattan and building is not simple. Rooms are modern and very clean.

Wonderful!
Our stay was wonderful! I’m such a tourist and couldn’t figure out the subway or bus routes - the staff helped me so much. The restaurant was great. Rooms were cute and beds comfy! Great location too! Would definitely stay again. 5 star all around.

The hotel is centrally situated and very charming. The staff is gracious and welcoming. My room was extremely comfortable and I liked the bath products. My only complaint was that the lighting could be brighter and the smell of the air freshener was heavy. I'd love to stay again and hope that these qualities are improved.
