Beds were very old and uncomfortable. Elevators did not work and one elevator was used for the whole place. It would take 20 minutes to get up from the lobby to your room.

The property was super outdated. Mold in bathrooms and the carpet was disgusting. It was the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in years. Please save money using the extended stay or the other hotel near dreamworks. This stay was equivalent to staying in a motel. Never again!!

I didn’t like that despite booking months ago for a room, we couldn’t get it on the day of our arrival because it was sold out to guests that extended their stay. Still, when I called and asked to be moved back to the original room we were supposed to have, they were very nice and helpful about it. We were switched to a better room the next day. I love that they were very professional and made sure we were comfortable in our stay. Had a good experience staying here.

The staff was not accommodating. Specifically an older man when checking in. No one was wearing name tags, but I believe that he was being called Mario. Although there was a line, in which I was standing, when it was my opportunity to check in, he called for a male behind me as if I didn’t exist. I’m an African American woman in my mid 20s. After I spoke up making it known that I was waiting and indeed next to be helped, he laughed and didn’t even apologize. The male behind me even stated that I was next. I didn’t want the employee to assist me further so I waited and was assisted by someone else. If I didn’t already pay in full I would’ve cancelled and left. I won’t be back to this location. Not a pleasant experience. The room was just ok, but the shower was really hot, which was a plus for me. Happy Travels.

I got locked out of my room 3 times! Once because one of the original key cards was for the wrong room, and twice because the replacement key cards failed to work. Each time necessitated a trip down to the front desk. But, since only 2 of the 4 elevators were working, it was ridiculously time consuming.

I like that they had shuttle service to take you to the Mall, walmart, and train station. What I didn't like was that there was only 2 elevators working in the building. It was overcrowded because of a basketball tournament and they crowded the elevators. Another important thing is that there's only one microwave which stays in the lobby. The whole entire guest have to use that one microwave and I don't like that. I would recommend that they put a microwave on each floor where the ice machine is.It will be more convenient and less crowded. Other than that I definitely enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend. The staff was excellent and very nice.

The location was in a great spot, but our room felt poorly maintained, was very humid, and had a smell. The property was fairly empty, and we were placed right next to another room and you could hear them watching tv, not a big deal but I think we were the only people on the floor.

The rooms were very outdated. Very dirty. A lot of mold stains in the bathroom. No refrigerator as stated. Four guests only two towels the water did not get hot. They were overcrowded were down elevators which made us wait nearly almost an hour for an elevator to go up one floor. The only positive about this hotel is the hostess at the restaurant and the bartenders. They were very kind and accommodating to myself and my children.

What I like about the property was it was 10 mins from American Dream. What I DIDN'T like was There was not enough wash clothes in my room.The Only microwave for guest to use was SO NASTY it should be a health hazard. There were only 2 elevators working for 20 floors! On the 12th floor getting off the elevator were shell all over the floor and we complain about the loud room across hall, with nothing being so we DID NOT get any sleep on Friday night! I paid for 2 nights but only enjoyed one! SMH I'm very disappointed!

It's the worst Hilton hotel I've ever stayed at. The hotel is dirty, dingy, and grimy. Elevators take forever to arrive on your floor, and we asked for extra towels that never arrived. We asked for a menu and were told we had to go down to the lobby to get it. There is visible mold in our bathroom. beds we uncomfortable and I'm seriously hoping we didn't take any bedbugs with us. they need to revamp this hotel needs some serious upgrades prices being charged are also not coinciding with service and amenities.

As soon as we came into the hotel there was trash inside the door. The floors looked as if it needed to be vacuumed. The microwave which is located down in the lobby needs cleaning. The area behind where the microwave was located had good on the floor. The chair and the desk in my room were also dirty with crumbs.

It was close by our route but no remote in the room, no mini fridge or microwave, lamp didn’t work, ironing board missing, huge repair in sink, and the hot water ran out during my daughter’s shower and the coffee mate was curdled. Also battery was removed from smoke detector and too high for us to reach probably someone smoked in the room before! And on top of all this they required a 150 deposit in case there were damages to the room. We took some pictures of the damaged/ repaired sink and showed them when asking for a remote and they said were aware of the sink and the other items probably had been moved to another room that was missing those items!

They never mentioned there was a Chelan convention, i called the hotel directly that night. When we got there the place was jammed with screaming teenagers. The food was terrible. Room services gave breakfast in plastic containers. Not good experience

It was impossible to sleep, the elevator made a lot of noise and I had water leaks in my room and one of the beds got very wet.

This hotel is terrible! We had no air conditioning for our entire stay and the room reached temperatures of 78-80 degrees. We were traveling with children who were there for a dance competition and never got relief from the temperatures. No one ever came up or followed up to see if our issues were resolved after multiple requests.

Proximity to New York was great. Close to shopping and entertainment. Comfortable beds however room quality was poor. Very humid room with water droplets on windows. Poorly maintained shower with barely draining water and wet mouldy spots on the shower ceiling. Rusty door hinges and wet spots on walls of the room likely from terrible humidity. The lobby and elevator smelled like sewage very strongly. On positive side, super friendly and helpful staff at reception and cleaning staff. Libby Starbucks needs a lot of service improvement, although friendly staff mostly.

Rooms were dated. No mini fridge. Had to put my medicine on ice every day. Ironing board came apart when i tried to use it. TV went out for 24 hours. Parking and hotel breakfast overpriced. Guest services totally un-professional and not helpful. Very noisy at night. Three elevators and one was out of service my entire stay. This place should be closed down. It gives the good name of Hilton a bad name.
