The room was lovely although suffering from too little light. But, no restaurants in the area, only way to find food is to order in or hire Uber. Totally not nice when weather is inclement and you are tired and hungry. My fault, I should have found a hotel that had a restaurant.

It was okay to be near the airport, that said, it was rather confusing to get to the airport from this location. The rooms were really nice! The breakfast was on point, with a nice variety to choose. 5 stars! The front desk staff, was okay at best. I needed to extend one night, and after some erroneous pointers given by them on how to do so, they reacted defensive and dismissive. I managed to figure it out myself.

I left a black wallet at the hotel by accident. It contained a lot of personal information, including a social security card, IDs, credit cards and cash. I called six times in one day to try and relocate the wallet so i could make my cross country flight. Every time i called they placed me on hold, transferred me and would not help whatsoever. I missed my flight completely and had to pay hundreds of dollars to reschedule the flight due to not having any identity. I finally got ahold of someone days later and they simply said they didn't have it. I like to give benefit of the doubt but it was the last place I had my wallet as I used it to check in and pay my deposit. Whoever stole it has attempted to open credit cards, used my credit cards, stolen all my cash and caused a huge amount of stress for me. I like to think this would have been prevented if the staff had just responded in a timely manner. My flight was at 7am. No guests were checking in, they were not cleaning rooms and overall were not busy. They could have helped and prevented this. I now have to involve the Newark police for theft and fraud. Horrible experience

I have done some investigating with the front desk and lost and found department unfortunately your wallet was not found. I can imagine your frustration as we failed reach out on a timely manner. Look it’s in Jersey so you know it isn’t going to be roses and smiles. The staff was as expected - not friendly, zero personality and no smiles. Our room was clean, the beds were great, the little gym was satisfactory and convenient to the airport with their shuttle. We had a very early flight so we didn’t get the breakfast so I can’t comment on that but the coffee was brown water. All that said, it was perfectly fine.

I prepaid for 2 rooms on Expedia. But when I went in to check in this hotel, I was charged another $100.00, which is $50.00 per each room. If I knew this was going to happen I would not have booked it. Breakfast was better than a continental breakfast. They gave free fruit at the check in counter which nice when you fly in on a later flight. Hot water, Coffee is convenient 24 hours.
