The only complaint I have is that our water pressure in our shower was horrible. Not many breakfast options either, but the staff was super friendly and our room was super clean.

This property is great for an overnight or extended stay. Restaurants and gas stations are very nearby. It has very easy highway access. The place is in very good condition for the price point.

Check in could have been a little easier. Had to have the key card reprogrammed twice. And on the Hotels.com website, it says they have adjoining rooms. They don't. Also on the Hotels.com website, I reserved 2 rooms and had to put another name on the 2nd room which caused confusion at check-in. That's not on the hotel. Our room was pretty clean but the other room I reserved was not. They also did not have their beds remade while we were out but they did get towel service.

This is a very full service hotel for a rural location. Property is in very nice condition. Price is hard to beat. I even had a lengthy conversation with the owner.

Needs to be renovated
To be honest with you the hotel needs to be renovated the shower handle fell off the air conditioner work part-time we left our air conditioner on during the day and the lady at the front desk turned it off from the front desk. As far as clueless it was clean but it sure needed a whole lot of work

Worst stay I’ve ever had
Terrible experience from the start. Didn’t have a room ready and front desk lady had no idea what rooms were clean or not. When we finally made it to our room, it was so hot that we had to leave for several hours to give the air time to cool down. Bathroom towels were dirty and were hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Only 1 entrance and exit to the entire building. All other doors were locked and not able to get in or out. Definitely a fire safety. Needless to say, we took our loss after the first night and found somewhere else to stay. Don’t waste your money!!!!

So what an experience! I will bullet point the worst experience at a hotel/motel that I have ever had: Breakfast: I understand what a continental breakfast is. When I came in at 8:15 am to the breakfast area….the only thing available was cereal/milk/4 apples and bagels. When I asked if there was a refrigerator because I was looking for cream cheese for the bagels, the individual working for the motel came over and pointed at the butter, jam, and peanut butter. The individual yelled at me….”this is not a restaurant!” I didn’t go back in for breakfast. There were cigarette burns in my duvet cover on my bed. Not a big deal to me until there was an accumulation of concerns. There were cobb webs in the corner of my room. An easy fix but this level of cleanliness is completely unacceptable. There was a broken window with shards of glass hanging there, that remained in the window the entire 3 nights that I was there. I advised the front desk and they said someone was coming to fix it on Monday. No one make an attempt to remove the shards of glass to make it safe, or offer me a different room. I had a family next to my room (room 111) with a small girl, age 6 staying there. Her father was concerned about the pieces of glass in the window. I was not going to engage with the staff of the motel after being yelled at by them at breakfast. I was not going to ask to have my room changed for the same reason. I was completely dismayed by the lack of concern.

It was in a very depressed area. The staff was rude - and rude again. The clientele leaves much to be desired. Not a safe place. Also - the site said they were pet friendly & there was even a physical sign had them as such. They DO NOT allow pets - which was not acceptable to me. Cannot recommend this place to anyone.

I liked the relatively easy access to Interstate 77 and the McDonalds and Wendys nearby for a quick breakfast or lunch. The room was clean, and all the necessities worked. However, the fan on the heater / air conditioner was gawd-awful loud, so I shut it off for the night. The price was reasonable for an overnight stay.

We had such a nice stay at this place. The staff was the owner who went above and beyond to care for our needs. Everything was extra clean, and they take exceptional care of making sure their bathrooms are clean. There are some renovations that are needed in some of the rooms. But even that is being taken care of. They just installed sone nice granite counter tops in each of the rooms, and are working at going through and renovating each room. Starting in April 2022 they will be serving a hot breakfast in place of the continental breakfast they currently serve. Would recomend to people who don't want to spend an arm and a leg on lodging, but stlil desire a good experience, good service, and decent cleanliness.
