The staff were all incredibly lovely. Their hospitality alone makes it worth stay at this property.

This property is in a good location, not so close to the party area that it’s loud, but close enough to walk almost everywhere. The rooms are nicely updated, but are lacking in some much needed features such as plugs for charging phones near the bed, and towel bars and other hooks to hang wet towels on and a space in the shower to hang washcloths. These obviously are minor things but all together got a little annoying. I will say this had the largest bathroom I’ve seen in a hotel so that was nice. Beds were comfortable, I had to ask for a pillow that was not down feather since I am allergic to that. They couldn’t find one the first night I asked and I had a rough time, but they gave me one the next day. All in all would stay again for the price and location.

The bad: Dirty floors, no windows. And several noise complaints that they did nothing about. Check out said 12 on the TV but they tried to kick me out at 11. TV says they offered chrome cast for streaming but it didn’t work, I called about it they said they don’t really have it. So why offer it? The good: walking distance to multiple restaurants and shopping. So it was very convenient in that sense. Extra: Plan your Ubers accordingly there will always be at least a minimum 10 minute wait time.

Great location. Very friendly staff. Rooms could use some upgrades, but nice enough. The "Continental breakfast" is barely an "island"😂.. no decaf coffee or plain tea. Only one elevator was working. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but there may be some better choices for the money.

The staff was great! Loved it was per friendly and the front desk agent didn’t charge us for our dog. Lobby was super clean and modern. Valet was great. Room was clean but didn’t have a fridge or a microwave. That was highly disrespectful. Another thing is room doesn’t have AC! It was very hot in there. It’s in a nice location and walking distance to bourbon street and canal street. I wouldn’t return simply because of the no air in the room. Plus the hallway smelled funny too. Doors are not sturdy and missing the pad lock to securely lock them in place

I don’t understand why there were so many negative reviews recently. My stay was terrific. No problems with heat, hot water or housekeeping. The breakfast is minimal but was enough to get me going in the morning. Location is great. Close to several Mardi Gras parade routes and easy walk to the French quarter.

The staff was nice. Was a little disappointed in the breakfast. Thought was receiving a breakfast and not a continental breakfest. I also wish they hard refrigerator in room. But besides that. It was a pleasant stay. Would stay there again.

The air temperature in my room was too cold and had to be moved to another because it was unable to be fixed. Also, within the day, the shower had clogged up and the toilets were not working properly, in both restrooms (I had 2 rooms)

The bathroom was poorly stocked, had to be calling daily for towels. The water in the shower drained very slowly. There was no towel for your feet off the shoer for 2 days and I thought the hotel didn’t provide that , on the third day when I asked for more personal towels they brought them in

Staff all seemed like they didn't really want to be there. Our room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. The free breakfast leaves something to be desired, especially if you don't like sweets. Parking was a pain. Only real positive is location.

We stayed 2 nights in room 308. One elevator ughh! Stairs it was a few times & that’s not really terrible. Post a sign at least or include the information at check in. We didn’t choose the valet option bc previous complaints take forever to get your car- all true! Upon our departure another couple waiting which was about 45 minutes (it was Monday morning) Next is previous reviews mentioned clogged drains, no hot water for showering- all true! We were sent texts from hotel asking about our stay & advised of the issues- response was sorry but thank you will let management know. That’s it. At check out I mentioned the issues again & said a clogged drain is not what a guest wants to do is stand in drain water backed up, not great at all! Breakfast was ok, the coffee not awful- but please provide half & half not just liquid coffee made by pump-way too much sugar in that stuff! Also better sweetener selection as well! Muffins were really good. Cold/hot cereal selection ok but for oatmeal raisins, nuts would be nice. Yogurt available.Milk available but not sure what kind whole, 2% or ? Fruit was bananas & apples. We did like the option of choosing glassware or grab & go. The variety of items needs to be filled more frequently to accommodate the number of guests. Location ok downtown New Orleans is just loud so it is what it is

Very cute hotel and so close to french quarter that everything is super walkable. Only issue was thin walls. Also recommend looking around for safer parking. Not the hotel's fault, but we parked in the lot right across the street and got broken into. So something to keep in mind.

Really liked the location and feel of the hotel. Staff at front desk was fine. However, one of the two elevators was not working and the other was painfully slow, There were no towels in our room. No hot water for showers was really a bad thing and it took over 45 minutes to get our car out of valet.

The lobby is welcoming so is the staff and they never said ‘no’ to any of our requests. But the sad part was that housekeeping/engineering never fixed any of the issues. Thermostat was not working and the staff did help us change the room, but then the room tub would not drain faster, coffee machine did not work, there was a continuous sound from the heater unit, when complained that there is no trash can in the toilet, they moved the one from the room to the toilet. We then ignored few so as not to ruin our vacation and few they helped like get another trash can on last day, coffee available downstairs at the breakfast etc and we managed to get through. Overall, the facility is old and need some maintenance work.

Beautiful boutique-style hotel; friendly and welcoming staff; a little disappointed that the sun deck was unavailable due to remodeling but otherwise loved the hotel
