The air conditioner was not working property and the room was hot and stuffy. My initial request to the reception to look into the problem was not attended to, and only upon pressing at the reception, the management finally revealed that they were in the process of upgrading the system and my problem could not be dealt with until the day I checked out. They then changed me to another room, asked me to open windows, and hopefully with the room facing east, the room would be cooler. With windows opened, there then came the traffic noise! If he hotel had problem with the air-conditioning, they should have led the customers know in the first place and not try to hide it!
The breakfast should have been excellent with a great variety of delicious food. Unfortunately my wife found a long hair in the salad she was about to finish. She took a photo and intended to complain. I asked her to forget it and keep the photo as a souvenir from a 5-star hotel.
