The breakfast here is extremely lame comparing other places we have stayed. Don't stay for breakfast coffee is awful. Room has 1980 toilet sitting on the floor instead of standard 16.5 17 inch toilets of today. Bathtub rounded bottom is really hard to stand in and take shower. This chain really needs to rethink these rounded bottom tubs.the surround was a mess and ugly lol. The room space is not fully utilized. A large area of the room was out of place with no furniture. Rather odd. We reserved executive and received standard cheap. Location of hotel is good. It's quiet. Ice machines not functional anywhere in hotel. Noise transfer is intense. Fridge froze everything we put into it.

The desk clerk was not happy that we booked through Expedia when we checked in and he gave us a poor room right next to the elevator and across from the laundry / housekeeping room. The room did not have a working heater and I believe the clerk knew this before selecting that particular room for us. Rather than repack our clothes and move to another room which who knows what issues would come with that room, we got two blankets and toughened it out for the entire duration. It was not a good experience and the breakfast was terrible too.

Michael, I am terribly sorry for any confusion you may have had experienced during your stay. We happily accept Expedia reservations every day. All of our rooms with 2 queen beds are set up the same way. We would have been more than happy to give you a different room if the location of the one you checked into was not to your liking, and you felt that the heat wasn't working properly. Our staff works hard to make sure every guest has a great stay. Again, we are sorry that your stay was not 100% satisfactory.

I enjoyed my stay here. It was clean and quiet. I would definitely recommend it! The only problem was that the hotel lost power for some time during the night due to construction or something in the area.

The building is spectacularly clean and smells so good. I have stayed here 4 times and they are always so clean. The staff is friendly as well. Very good management. The only downside to this stay was stink bugs where our towels were stored. One got on my baby. Not really a big deal but just freaked me out. Also I would really like to see some gluten free breakfast options like: cereal, bagels and such. Same with the snacks they offer in the store. More gluten free options. But overall excellent hotel I love it.

The first room I was in had no heat so I had to be moved. The exit door at the end of the first floor could not be manually closed. It seemed to be on some type of timer or weighted system so it took several minutes to close. This was a bit of a safety concern. There was nothing hot for breakfast which prior reviews had stated was available. Staff was friendly and room was modern and clean.
