I stayed in the old part of the hotel which needs to be updated. The bed was very comfortable which is all that really mattered to me. The floors were not very clean. You could clearly see the dust where they haven’t been cleaned and the areas that have been cleaned but I always keep my shoes on anyway. The staff are super friendly and very helpful.

“The Sea Dump”
Not expecting a 5 Star resort but a clean economical safe place to stay. However, we experienced dirty floors, toilet wouldn’t flush, roaches, a mouse, noise, elevator broken, people smoking mariquana on balconies and dirty pool with hot tubs cold. This was supposedly a resort but with no Kleenex, no dish detergent nor soap, shampoo etc in bathroom. Definitely will not stay there again!

The place really needs a highly TLC The room had an ocean view but not to constable. Room had a not a working stove. I even found a small roach in the bathroom. My room was in the 8th floor and the elevator only goes to the 6th floor only. No ventilation in the elevator what so ever. Other than these things the motel was quite. Had a good time at the pool and spa. Please consider in investing money in your motel so it looks great in the inside. Perhaps I can visit again in the near future.

The place was a little run down for the price I paid as well as inconvenient parking situation. We had to park across the street. The staff looked at us like we were idiots for requesting a broom and dust pan. The place literally has no smoking signs on all the rooms and no marijuana yet we smelt the stuff constantly. It was rather noisy but I'm ok with the noise because that's just what you have to deal with when staying in hotels. I did see a cockroach (not a palmetto bug). It was only one roach that I saw, but it creeped me out. The place just had a dirty vibe all around though. The bathroom had a leaky faucet in the tub. Also the hot tubs were no hotter than a warm bathtub. I am used to hot tubs that are extremely hot, which I like so the luke warm hot tubs were a disappointment. To conclude my negative rant, it wasn't the worst place to stay but it was not the best experience either. I hope that my review is found to be informative.

The housekeeping and staff were amazing! The views were beautiful! Our housekeeping lady was the sweetest she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that oir room was cleaned and fresh towels and linens each day! We will definitely use this motel again

Upgraded Our Room Which was Great. Housekeeping Was Very Polite and Attentive. You haven't gotten that Much Since Covid. That was refreshing. Some of the things were older (Furniture Etc.) But the ocean's View More Than Made Up for that! Cool Older Hotel. With a Cool Sign. Wes Anderson movie Vibes, If your in to that Scene.

Service was amazing, our room was upgraded. Room needs some (really a lot) of refurbishing. But it suited the purpose of a place to sleep until we could check into our next reservation.

1) The room was smelling so bad (cigarette smoke) 2) The entire hotel smelled of marijuana 3) Holes in the curtains 4) One Pool and the hot tub were closed 5) Our Sheets and matress had cigarette burn holes in it. 6) We saw one cleaning lady smoking meanwhile she was vacuuming the room 7) Lazy river was practically nonexistent 8) The elevator was disgusting, it smelled really bad 9) The hotel did not look well taken care of. 10) The place is out dated

We have stayed in the tower a few times before and liked it. This time we stayed in the older building. The elevator goes to sisth floor and we were on the eighth. Microwave was rusty and dirty, stove didn't work right and bathroom outdated.

Not worth the money!
This place was nasty! Roaches, spiders bugs no air!!! The first night we saw bugs and asked to be moved. The gentleman at the front was pleasant. They moved us then they elevator only went to the 6th floor and we had to walk up 2 flights. When we got to the 8th floor the a/c didn’t work! I had to call for that. They had the maintenance can to fix it but they just turned it on. Still NO AIR!!! The appliances were extremely dated. The balcony and elevator appeared to not have been cleaned or mopped. The 8th floor bathroom was a little nicer but the shower had no stopper and I didn’t know how to turn it off. The second day we went to the ocean and came back , they had turned our room key off and said that we were supposed to have left that day. Inconvenience ! when you have been out all day you want to be able to get in your room. The gentleman at the front was again pleasant and fixed it. There was a smell of pot, in the halls when there is a clear sign of no cigarette, smoking or pot. My mother in law forgot her medicine so I called, I was told they found it but I had to give them a Credit Card so they could pack and send the medication to me!!!!!! Last straw!!! Never will I EVER stay in a shady place like this.

Well it's outdated the pool on the one side looks gross me and my husband didn't swim or anything bc nothing looked clean . I would tear down the old side of sea dip and rebuild idk about the new side if when booking I would of knew we would of wanted on the new side.
