The property was run down. Elevator controles were covered in rust ..floors had a hundred coats of paint on them and was still worn off most of the way ..it was loud at night ..young people running around the out side corrador that ran past every room partying and loud . the room had been recently painted it was obvious there were still paint foot prints on the carpet and around onthe kitchen floor ..i wasnt there to vacation or enjoy my room but to get some work done which kept me out of the room most of the time. The beds were clean and confortable the only thing that i can say to inprove the place is clean . The place up and do the matanance ..

I checked in late as we were driving from Florida. To begin with, they require the deposit for the hotel to be in cash. $100 cash, I never carry cash. Then the lady at the desk sends me to the wrong floor to park my car. We get to the room and it’s a no smoking room that smells like all prior guests have smoked in there. I let that go. We wake up to loud banging on our door at 1am!!!!! Security is banging and saying who’s in here, there’s no reservation for this room. I jump out of bed because it sounds like he’s about to break down the door. I open it and recognize him as the security that I asked help with when I was parking. He looked horrified and apologized deeply. This area is so sketchy!! I had no idea. I finally fall asleep again… I wake up in the morning next to bed bugs that fed on me all night!! I’m mortified and when I went to check out right after that the front desk attendant was acting as if I was lying. She said we will do a room check and let you know if we find anything. I have a video of them. Definitely not a clean establishment. Hair on the towel, a huge spider in the bathroom and the water in the shower came out brown for the first minute. I’m just my daughter from Tampa to Virginia. She’s in the military, only needed a place to sleep, I’m not picky, I would’ve let everything go, if it wasn’t for the bedbugs.

Honestly it’s the worse experience I’ve ever had. Our first room has a flooded bathroom from the toilet leaking. They moved our room, good right!! NO The next room was NASTY!!!! Ripped carpet, the beds was broke and it smelled of cigarette’s horribly!!! They moved our room again and swore they was upgrading our room just because it was ocean front! That’s funny with a leaking fridge, barely hot water and not to mention white powdery residue on the tv stand! I will not recommend staying here unless they lower the price to five dollars a night! And they’d be lucky if I paid that! That stay almost ruined our hunny moon!!!

it’s a rundown and old building that needs to be repaired. had to carry heavy suitcases up to the 4th floor because of faulty elevator… bathroom needs updating, floors were not cleaned and the front deadbolt was broken.

The room extremely dirty, stinky, with dirty things and doesn’t work. The room was enable to be used. The attendant I went to talk to this morning was very rude and angry. I paid for two days and another $36 resort fee that I didn't even use and they didn't want to give it back to me because I arrived at 2 am and left at 8 am on the same day..

It was a very cheap accommodation for the location BUT I will never stay there again I searched wrong by adding a hot tub as one of conditions. There were few choices and it was the last minute reservation while driving at night Since the property was so poorly maintained, i didn't even use the pool or hot tub. Found a roach behind a bed, bathroom was so dirty, i was afraid to take shower. The bath drain was very slow, by the time I finished my shower, there was three inches of water in the tub I wasn't given a password at the check-in, when I was going to call the front desk, the phone in thevroom as dead. The comforter was very dirty so I refuted to even touch it. A building the to the hotel was being demolished, i woke up with loud noise the next day!

Price was good in proportion to what I got, property in nice area.property is dated. They require a 100 dollar cash only deposit like they are still in in 70's, probably just so they can score atm fees from the one by the desk. Room was clean and staff was nice. Place is need of some renovations. Did have a few roaches throughout my stay.

You get what you pay for. And, this was a nice place for the price. A shower curtain would've been nice. Otherwise, everything was fine. Be aware, a cash deposit of $100 is required upon check-in and only returned between 8:30 and noon of check-out. This would explain the ATM in the lobby.

I didn't like how my room with the ocean view the sliding door did not open. The floor was so dirty. The bathroom was not clean to it's best. Roaches was in the room.The railing on the other room was loose very unsafe. The staff didn't care about there guest at all especially when i called concerning about missing stuff bear for my special niece.

Not the best stay
First walked in and rhe office smelled of pot. The lady was very rude and they only provided me with one key. I was told i had a beach view, when in fact had a wall view. The beds are like boards and cigarette burns in the sheets. Roaches and water bugs throughout the hotel. The tv remote didnt work. The air conditioner barely was cold. And the bed i had in the extra room was a twin, rather thsn fulls size like the other two beds. Did not sleep well and then check out was a nightmare. I waited in line for 30 minutes, just to turn my key in. The lady at the front desk, again rude. The outside experience, the pool was dirty and we didnt get a code for any of the gates. A guy came up and asked my girls if they had a bag of dope. Will not be staying in this hotel again, oh and there is no golf.

Crowded with no room to stand when we walked in. Was not told that we had to have a $100 security deposit. So everybody had to get everything out of the ATM in the middle of the office. They come walking in your room without permission which I did not like at all. Bugs. Not safe. In the room we were in because if there was a fire, we would would have died in there because there was no escape out. No where to park. I would not recommend this place to nobody!!!

Front desk was the nastiest I’ve ever seen. I will never book this place again. The rooms were nasty roaches crawling around floors dirty barely had towels. Never ever again I’m going to give a bad rep. They should give me my backup

Was sceptical at first reading all the bad reviews but they were all wrong had a fast smooth check in got to the room it was super clean beds were clean no stains on sheets no bugs the hallways were clean got towels every day

It was a horrible experience. First off they promised us a bigger room not what we got and the room was full with cockroaches and different insects. It smelled horrible and we had to buy our own stuff for it to smell better. They hardly had parking and the rooms weren’t clean at all and the sheets were stained and the bathroom was horrible. The water hardly worked and it was very unclean. Not a good experience at all don’t recommend!

I will put this out there for everyone to know. Please do not pay any attention to the post that say “I didn’t see any bug”. There are cockroaches everywhere and they are in the room. The room was absolutely filthy. They “cleaned” our room and it still smelled so bad that we had to go buy cleaning supplies and when we just put the mop on the floor, it was already fully black. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Only stayed for about 10 hours and left because it was unsafe and unsanitary. None the less, still made me pay almost half of what a week’s stay cost. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra couple hundred bucks on a better place.

1st night, the AC was not working and their solution was to give me a fan. They would ot give me another room. Their solution was to fix it the next day, which they did. The room was horrible, moldy walls, old chipped and wobbly furniture. The bed sheets were disgusting and dirty. You can tell they have not changed the sheets. I complained to the front desk and they did nothing about it. My son was bitten by bed bugs and once again I complained and showed them his arm which had numerous bites. All theyvdid was give me a $10 roll of quarters to dry all my clothes and then they changed my room. I complained about the bed bugs, the disgusting, dirty sheets, shower head was hanging by a thread and i should not be responsible for at least 2 days of misery that i went thru. Management did nothing about it and said no refunds were going to be done. This place is horrible and i would suggest for no one to even consider for 1 night. I tried to make the best of it with my son and he was miserable. NEVER AGAIN would I even consider this so-called "hotel". This is NO RESORT but should be renamed hell hole.
