The outlet in the bathroom did not work. They changed it out when we were gone Saturday afternoon. But then new outlet didn’t work either. They offered to switch rooms but we didn’t take them up on that since we were already settled in.

Room rate fits expectations for a 3 star hotel. It’s an older property but room was clean. The bed was mid range quality so wasn’t firm but wasn’t like a pillow top. Everything worked but looked worn. Breakfast was a step up from the standard continental and had scrambled eggs and sausage. Breakfast room attendants kept everything filled and clean.

My husband and I arrived 30 minutes before check in and they wanted to charge a 25 dollar fee for early check in. The receptionist was rude and short talking. The room was roomy but smelled like urine. The bedding had stains on them. The bathroom wasn’t clean. My husband and I always bring cleaning materials so we cleaned up ourself. The bed was hard as a rock. The bed sits on a metal box that is bolt to the mattress. I love a firm bed but this bed was extremely hard. It felt like I was sleeping on cinder blocks. My body ached the next day. The remote to the tv didn’t work and the rude receptionist told my husband he had to come get the batteries himself if he wanted them. When checking out, the receptionist did not even ask how was our stay. I guess this is what you get when you don’t book with Embassy Suit, The Hilton, Holiday Inn or any other popular hotels

Hotel was nice. Only downside is it’s next to a bar that plays really loud music late into morning. Bring earplugs if staying during a weekend. Other than that very nice. Great breast breakfast. Friendly staff. Would stay again.

Do not stay here. The very definition of misrepresentation. Pictures of this hotel are false. They don’t show the dirty shower with rust in the tub and a clogged drain. Bugs on the counter. Mystery stains on the ceiling, ripped and frayed carpet, a ripped and stained couch and a swamp cooler ac that doesn’t work. Couldn’t sleep and didn’t want to touch anything in the bathroom. What a fantastic waste of money and put a huge damper on the entire weekend.

Our stay was just an over night due to cancel flight. We arrived 10pm and out 6am. We weren't there long enough to be fair with a full review. Beds were very comfortable. Rooms are abit dated. Very close to airport.

When we got there they couldn’t find our reservation and then after finding it we get to our room and the floor look like it haven’t been cleaned in years. The cover had stains on it. The ceiling had water damage and the curtains had food particles all over it. The shower head in the bathroom had to be replaced. We took pictures and we told the front desk about it and have asked for a refund. We paid over $300 to lay in a dump! The manager has not contacted us back about getting us our money back and we talked to the supervisor of Expedia and they tried calling the hotel and couldn’t get them on the phone. The lady at the front desk gave us the email and personal number to reach the manager and STILL NO RESPONSE!!! At this point WE WANT OUR MONEY BACK ASAP! And unless there is no rooms available at all please don’t stay here!!!!!

The property is run down and old, with ordinary and necessary amenities either absent or nonfunctioning. The carpet was old and stained and stank. The walls and paint were dirty, damaged, and worn. The TV cable was out in my room. No morning news. No signal at all. I had no shower curtain at all. The coffee pot was not cleaned. The old used packet was still in the dispenser. What else in the room didn’t get cleaned or sanitized from the previous stay? The furniture was old and worn. The king bed was broken in the middle and sank. Any movement during the night was noisy and uncomfortable—worse sleeping experience in years. The ATM in the lobby was out of order. The fitness room was closed, out of order, and used for storage. No staff at the desk the next morning to even complain to. Rang the bell…no response.

Not the best hotel!
Moldy smell in lobby. Room did not have a shower curtain for the shower. When asked to get one, was told they don't have and gave us extra towels to use to dry the floor. When complaining that there was no shower curtain to give us, was told we were rude and inconsiderate. Really?

There was a smell from the elevator in the waiting area to the 3rd floor hallway, into room. I did ask to see if another room was available on the further up but unfortunately, they said they did not have any. The bathtub was not clean, hair in the tub also the mirror had fingerprints all over it. The air conditioner was so loud at night that you couldn't get a good sleep. The room just above us made so much noise, between kids running in hallways or moving furniture upstairs.

Horrible customer service. told us we didn't have but 1 room rented even though we provided DOCUMENTED PROOF of 2 rooms through expedia. Told us all rooms were sold out and there was nothing they could do. When we were forced to go to another hotel and book another 2 rooms and we complained to expedia, they MAGICALLY found the second room 2 hours later and then wanted to fight us for the money. Needless to say I would never recommend this hotel to anyone

AC unit struggled to keep room cool and began leaking on 1st night. Despite telling management, nothing was done and by 5th night a massive puddle of water covered 1/4th of room. Whenever asking an employee on our floor for something the response was always "no speak english" meaning you had to go down to front desk for something as small as towels.

I apologize to you, though, for the maintenance deficiency that you noted with regard to the air conditioning unit in your guest room, as well as for the discomforts that this issue caused for you to feel. Additionally, I am sorry for the inconvenience that you faced when you wanted to get extra service from our housekeeping staff. We'll continue to work to ensure that the language barrier is kept at a minimum, while still providing employment opportunities for all individuals. The only problem I saw was that the breakfast was lacking. I came down at 6:30AM and there were only eggs and some waffle batter. No extra was brought out.

I’m really thankful for this property they were very convenient for myself and my family after being really miss treated at the property that sets behind them they were very clean very professional I actually had a chance to meet the owner she was really nice and all of the clerks was really nice hotels very clean very convenient to the mall in different areas I suggest anybody that’s on vacation to stop there first before you go anywhere else thank you comfort suites

Out of the 5 days we were there we had housekeeping 1 of the days. The Kleenex box was left in our room empty upon arrival, room was musty smelling. Front desk staff were very unfriendly. The room key constantly didn’t work. It had to be reprogrammed multiple times each day of our stay. When you did go to reprogram the key ID was never asked for. Anybody could have asked to have a key to our room and they would have given it to them. The side doors that are supposed to be unlocked by key to enter were never locked. Anyone can enter the motel through side doors at any given time of day. The pool area wasn’t well maintained. Towels laid out in the pool area all week and were never picked up. The local lawncare guys kids come swim in the pool while he cuts grass. So the pool isn’t just for paying patrons of this facility. The breakfast is not great. To get any refills of anything was a long wait. Corporate will be getting a phone call from us about this stay. Will never stay again.

Last year I stayed at a hotel that I will not mention. That hotel wasn't near as clean as Comfort Inn & Suites. This one was a little more maintained. The only thing was that there was a lot of water around the elevator on the bottom floor...
